"My husband and I recently traveled to Venice and were lucky to find and stay in this gem. It was situated directly on a canal which was a beautiful. Location was excellent. Very close to several dining options and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had wonderful and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, dining table, couch, refrigerator and washing machine - inclusive of laundry detergent. A huge convenience. It was also very quiet and felt safe. The front desk...

"Waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Lage und Geräusche, Gespräche auf dem Kanal haben uns sofort eintauchen lassen in die tolle Stimmung. Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt. "

"Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "

"This place is absolutely beautiful -it‘s like staying in a place! It is right off of the square, so extremely convenient. Breakfast is at a sister hotel, about a 3-minute walk. It‘s a little confusing to find because of all the odd streets & not being familiar, but Apple Maps works well. Overall great - I would happily stay there again. "

"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"Andrea and Marie were wonderful. Marie did our laundry for us and she was very kind and helpful. Andrea cooked a lovely breakfast for us. He is wonderful and very friendly."

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "
