"The front desk staff were extremely helpful with information on the hotel and for things to do in the city.
The air conditioning provided a great respite during the hot Venetian summer, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and very cute! Would stay here again!"

Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was excellent—spacious, spotless, & well maintained, the air conditioning was great; and it has a good location. "We booked for a Junior suite for a family of two adults and two teens. We chose this hotel due to amenities and location.
We arrived very late due to plane issues and Diego was excellent in getting us into our room with advice on where to eat late at night etc. I should say that he was at the hotel a lot and if management read this review - he deserves high praise. Probably the best hotel concierge/receptionist I have ever met.

"The room was nice but there were a few issues. The air conditioning is very weak. Sleeping at night is very uncomfortable. A person came to fix it and it was the same. Second, you are given only 1 extra roll of toilet paper and if you require more you have to go out and buy it at your own expense.
