"We found the Junior suite on the ground floor noisy at night because people sat outside our room to smoke and talk until 1.30am. We raised it with the night concierge - he shrugged his shoulders. But the daytime concierge were helpful. Also we were surprised that the pool is open to the public so it was quite busy on the weekend and towel restrictions are imposed - pretty mean given the cost of the room. It's not a great position - 20 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo. The only nearby bus...

"The space was neat, cool, and clean.
The kitchen and dining area were wonderfully well stocked.
Neighbors were a bit noisy early in the morning.
Aside from the initial challenges of getting into the building, trying to figure out where the elevator was then how to use it, and then trying to figure out which apartment was ours, we had a pleasant stay."

"Overall a nice hotel at a great location. The lighting in the bathroom isn’t bright enough and there aren’t any outlets to plug hair accessories.
The breakfast was good and not bad for the price but for the cost of the room, it would have been nice to have it included."
