"Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time. Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly. Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily. Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all. Strongly recommend for this place. "

"Staff, location, and the apartment were all 10/10! Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter...

"I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel."

"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...
