"The room was not at all as shown. The hotel lobby isn’t a lobby but a small room with a check in desk on the 3 floor. There is only a few rooms. This is not a hotel. The cafe/bar on the lower level is loud with extremely loud music and they go until 4 am. We could not sleep. The main chandelier in our room was a bunch of wires with a light bulb hanging from it. "Good location on other sidebp of river. The room was fantastic. What stopped thisrom being a 5 star review were minor service issues. We asked for more coffee pods and never got any. Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit.
