"The property is in a good location, the apartment is clean but it has plumbing issues! One bathroom had clogged sink and shower drain, the shower basin filled with smelly water on the last night. If you are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you! Very noisy area! Overall ok"

"Todo fue increible, la comunicacion con ellos siempre fue buena y oportuna. Me esperaron para hacer el check in apesar que llegue tarde porque se retraso mi tren. La atencion de Navy super, 10 puntos!!

"This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. You can walk everywhere. One thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Read about parking on the weekends and learn about the restricted zones. Figure that out ahead of time and your stay at...

"We had a wonderful stay at Torre del Castello. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to.
The property was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Air Conditioning could be better, though functioning, it barely cooled the room.
The check-in and check-out experience was superb....

"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people.
The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details.
The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar"

"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."
