"Property was average, however we were recommended to use a garage and the will register our car with authorities since we enter ZLT zone , unfortunately we get notified after,that the never register our car and we owned fines and the rental company also charging us for going’s into ZLT zones using the car, as authorities came to the rental company to get out information.This facility should not recommend parking garage that’s not holding up to the agreement. take tourist money for parking ,...

"Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."
