"Property was average, however we were recommended to use a garage and the will register our car with authorities since we enter ZLT zone , unfortunately we get notified after,that the never register our car and we owned fines and the rental company also charging us for going’s into ZLT zones using the car, as authorities came to the rental company to get out information.This facility should not recommend parking garage that’s not holding up to the agreement. take tourist money for parking ,...

"This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center.
