"One of our favorite stays during our trip to Italy. Absolutely fabulous all around. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the river and wonderful sunsets. The breakfast is another standout. The best we had on our trip! And to top it off, they have a truly wonderful staff. Very helpful and accommodating. We loved it and highly recommend to anyone looking for a special hotel while visiting Florence."

"Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend."

"I had construction noise wake me up every morning at 7am and when I pointed it out to property owner they told me nothing they can do out of their control. The construction was next door but right next to my window. I would have like an offer to change my room or at least prior info that construction going on next door …. 2 week stay here not one sleep in beyond 7am"

"Perfect stay. Everything was perfect. The room was great with a beautiful view. Nemi at the front desk was amazing. So helpful and kind. She took the time to recommend nice restaurants and sites to see. The room was perfectly clean. They gave us a bottle of champagne and water. Even the coffee from the machine in the room was delicious. My only complaint is that we were only able to spend 1 night there. I wish we could have booked for our entire time in Florence.
