"Highly recommend Away from the crowds in a quiet but cool neighborhood Staff were very welcoming and helpful- gave us recommendations to amazing coffee nearby and restaurants Room was small but very nice with everything you could possibly want - we will come back"

"Excelente muy buena atención "

"Extremely disappointing experience. Terrible customer service and no assistance when we needed it most. I would never stay at PopArtment again, especially when traveling with children. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable. Parking gratuito en el sotanos del hotel. Lo recomiendo totalmente."

"Great place to easy."

"This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip."

"Cerca de la.playa. Cómodo y funcional."

"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...
