"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"Incredibly beautiful and unique hotel in a centralized location close to a train station. Our suite was gigantic (like 3 big hotel rooms combined). The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. "It is in a great area, very clean, great hvac, typical Italian hotel on the fourth floor of a resident building which is weird but the norm. Felt safe and the staff are very kind."

"I did not stay in Naples long enough to know if this hotel was in a good spot for restaurants and shops nearby. However, the room was super nice and clean! There was AC which made the experience so much better!"
