I rented this house for my Birthday , we had 15 stay and we all had an amazing time . The house was plenty big enough & none of us felt like we were in each others way . The house is beautiful and the game room was a perfect touch for our young adult kids to enjoy .

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this lake house! The living room might have been a little small in cold weather, but with all the outdoor seating, and the game room and the boat dock we had plenty of room to spread out and so many activities to enjoy! There are lots of beds and bedrooms that easily and comfortably accommodated our large group. I was worried about all the stairs for my 95 year old dad, but with the exception of the walkway back from the boat dock, which was too much uphill, dad did great! The fenced in yard with gated porch was perfect for our pets. The host was very responsive to our questions and the house had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend!

Perfect house for BMR

This house was so nice. Very clean and spaced out great for us and our friends. Very well stocked kitchen. Fully fenced patio with hot tub and small side yard. Sunrise view was amazing off the back deck. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and all of the water toys that they have.

Best mid week get away

We loved the property and all of the amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. We had dinner at the Artichoke. The food and service was excellent. I would consider renting the property for a much larger group.

Our Stay

The lake house was very peaceful and inviting. It was the perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. The layout of the house was perfect because I’m an early riser to watch the sun come up and have coffee. The game room was fun even for adults! Thank you for letting us stay!I would definitely recommend the house and would love to return.

We had the best time celebrating a friends birthday at this property. It is spacious, clean, and filled with lovely extra touches. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We were already discussing a return trip before we even left!

Beautiful Lake Front property

We went down to Grand Lake for our niece's wedding and wanted to stay a couple extra days to spend time with family. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean. and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were enough bath towels for a small army! The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. When we had a small problem with one of the toilets, it was fixed in an hour. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Home For Large Families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was excellent and there was plenty of room for our large family. The host was very responsive and the place was well equipped. The game room was especially enjoyed by our teenagers as well as the hot tub! I highly recommend this place.

Friends long weekend trip to the lake

What a GRAND weekend!!! Great experience with this house and the ownership. We had a group of 9 adults and the layout of the house is perfect. Great for friends and families to enjoy Grand Lake. It had everything we needed - even had toys/items for the lake we could use. Lots of outdoor seating. The owner contacted us early in the week with an issue at the house and even offered to cancel if we wanted. We did not take her up on the offer (because we wanted to be at the lake). Check in info came on time. Owner responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Loved our time at Grand Lake and would have no issue with renting from Leslie again.

Watts Family Holiday

The facility was very nice and just like the online advertisement. Everything we needed was provided and in very good condition. It was conveniently located and anything we needed was available withing just a few minutes. We were very favorably impressed by the local supermarket. The only issues we had were that the outside area of the property (patio and hot tub area) was not as clean as it should have been. The hot tub furniture was moldy, and it looked like the entire area needed a good sweeping and power washing. These were minor concerns and did not detract from the wonderful time we had at your property. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to our friends. Thanks so much.

Great Family vacation

This property had it all. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms kitchen and dining space for all 17 of us. The outside covered deck and the easily accessible dock were all great. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all had a great time! One of our favorite VRBO’s in many years of renting.

Grand Lake Vacay

There were 8 adults and 8 children ranging in age from 8 to 61. Everyone had an awesome time. The house was great and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. The owner provided all the amenities you will need for a great and relaxing time!
