We are welcoming guests post Hurricane Milton! COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2024! Brand New Dock in 2025! Pat's Place is named after our dear friend and former owner of the unit. 1st floor, open floor plan, unit. This unit overlooks beautiful Lemon Bay and the included boat dock. Less than two minute walk to the Gulf Beach and just steps away from the heated swimming pool and the island's best restaurants!

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO
The master bedroom features a king size bed and streaming TV. You can comfortably sleep four with the use of our pullout queen size sofa.

The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware necessary for cooking a feast or mixing up your favorite refreshments.

If you decide not to dine on the lanai, our living area also includes a table that comfortably dines four people. This unit comes with free streaming "smart" TV and WIFI access. The complex also has a laundry room. Take advantage of the storage spaces, throughout the unit, to make for an uncluttered stay.

The Neighborhood:
Just south of Sarasota, off the coast of Englewood, this beguiling barrier island is in perfect harmony with its surroundings. No traffic lights, no high rises, no deed restrictions, just a two lane protected canopy road leading you to swaying palms, an endless white sand beach, and the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Casually sophisticated, Manasota Key offers a variety of lifestyles. Opulent waterfront estates mingle effortlessly with cozy beach-side cottages and classic winter residences. An eclectic variety of shops populate nearby Historic Dearborn Street and restaurants tempt eager visitors on and off the key.

Nearby sandbars offer soothing relaxation or invigorating water sports while big amenities are just minutes away. Manasota Key is the perfect match for those that would appreciate Century’s old Banyan trees alive with tropical birds, frolicking dolphin, loggerhead turtles, balmy sea breezes, the kiss of the sun, and the magic of the sunset endow Manasota Key with a dramatic, sensual, and serene ambiance. To get away from it all but requires the convenience of nearby airports. If you enjoy casual waterfront dining you’ll love the numerous restaurants, accessible by boat along the Intra-Coastal waterway from Sarasota to Boca Grande. Take family and friends 5 minutes south to Stump Pass and swim with the dolphins, hunt for pre-historic shark’s teeth and fossils, grill out, or just watch the sunset into the Gulf of Mexico. We assure you this is the most natural barrier island remaining on the west coast of Florida.

Perfect vacation stay!

Condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Walk in shower was amazing only with there was a hand held shower head. Not being able to do laundry at the onsite facility was a bummer. Best place we have rented on the island.
