What a Beautiful, spacious Sound front Home with 3 Bedrooms, 3 baths and a Large Family Room and PRIVATE DOCK! Awesome views with a screened porch on top floor to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dining room has incredible views as well. ONLY ABOUT A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! Bed sizes are a Queen in the Master Suite with a whirlpool tub and separate shower and a private deck access on the top floor. The top floor also has a Queen Bedroom with hall bath. The bottom floor boasts a 3rd bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and a Family room with A Double Futon and deck access. Check out the views of the water on BOTH levels. This home has a Wet Bar for easy entertainment, gas grill, outside shower, water softner system, FULL SIZE washer/dryer and large garage. Lots of outside deck furniture including a swing. 13th Street offers a Public Boat Access. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED! Rents Saturday to Saturday! LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN PRIME SEASON (JUNE 7-AUGUST 2- WEEKS ONLY- FULL PRICE)
Emerald Isle offers Family fun for everyone....with bike and jogging trails that run parallel to Emerald Dr, miniature golf, go carts, water slide, great shopping in Emerald Plantation, movie theater, restaurants that include everything from pizza to burgers to Seafood. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a must see to find out what the "catch of the day" is. If you just need to relax, pull up a chair and enjoy the ocean waves while reading a good book. We've got you covered. Emerald Isle also offers a Public Boat Ramp (no fees) located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road and one on Cedar St. (great to go crabbing at) You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores that offer bait, hooks and other fishing items you will need. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week. Check out our new grocery store Publix located beside Emerald Plantation or Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood) while here also! We offer lots of information about the area in our lobby that you may pick up at check in or during the week while you are here. Great House!

Photos don’t do it justice! Great house with a beautiful view of the water. Plenty of space for our family (5 adults, 2kids) Easy walk to the beach, which is also beautiful. Only disadvantage is that the bike ride to town is long, not a problem unless you plan on doing that a lot.

We had a great time and great memories. We took my 80 year old parents. All the Furniture was too short for older adults to manage. Depth at the dock was very shallow. A deep boat could not make it around.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It’s just a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the downstairs area with tv, puzzles and other games. We spent most of our time in the screened in porch, the downstairs deck and relaxing on the dock. We hope to return next year!
