Very clean, in house laundry was great to have, communication and response time was excellent, security system with cameras felt safe and lots of shops, places to eat, etc. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Went to Leduc for a wedding. Property was just as expected. Everything we needed. Property clean and manager was very responsive to any communication throughout the stay. Would recommend. :)

Overall stay was alright. There is no a/c in the basement which we didnt know about until we reached out indicating how hot the basement was even after we changed the temp. Coolest it got was 22 degrees but with a family of 5 its hot. We had the basement suite and could hear every step upstairs. During the day not so bad but at night when you are trying to sleep

The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. The location was great for us. The one issue we had was with noise. The upstairs of the house is another unit that is rented separately and there isn’t much in the way of sound proofing between the two units. We had to contact the owner several times because of late night noise. The owner responded quickly and did his best to resolve the issue, but we are fairly light sleepers and it did impact our stay and our ability to sleep.

The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was quiet, but on Tuesday the upstairs neighbours were very noisy and the place stunk of weed. The key pad was a little confusing, but fine once we figured it out. Also, I would recommend more than one washcloth and a towel for dishes. Other than that, everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank you!
