The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Essentials are provided.

The Space:
This modern and inviting 3-bed flat has all the necessary amenities to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. It is furnished to the highest standards, so there is no doubt that a group of six will enjoy their time in Edinburgh to the fullest!

Clean and large family-friendly space to relax when not seeing the sights. Location was amazing. However for the price, the amenities should have been better. This was our worst stay in that regard. Negatives:- mattresses less comfortable, sunken middle.- only heavy comforter on top, no single sheet available. Too hot to sleep with that heavy topper. - no air conditioning. One small table fan in 1 of 3 bedrooms. - overall, apartment air had a damp feeling. One night was chilly damp so we turned up the heat to take off the chill. Found that the property manager then remote-locked the control. We had no control of the temp in the apt for the length of our stay. - kitchen prep knives are all dull and the flimsy plastic handles on 2 of 4 knives are broken and shattered. Junk. - no hand dish washing soap. I messaged the host and was told not provided and I needed to buy my own. - had trouble with the washing machine because the power-on light never came on. No usage instructions provided. Messaged the host. Helpful to trouble shoot and in the end had to let a tech in the apt. No communication after that to answer original questions or to explain. Should be a note to say how the buttons work and that the machine works even if the power light doesn’t come on. - not enough door stops! Doors slamming. - Heated towel rack doesn’t work unless the apt heat comes on (which we found out accidentally when first turned on the heat on the cold night). Otherwise it was never on.

Great Stay in Wonderful Location

Very nice apartment! I main bedroom with en-suite and two others that share a hall bath. Kitchen was very nice for a family of five. I would have liked a coffee maker rather than a kettle, and coffee press, but understand Different places do things differently. We had one glitch with the washer not working, but the repairman came first thing in the morning. It was a fuse and quickly repaired. We couldn’t have asked for better tourist accommodation. FYI stairs are steep and there were 33 between ground level and our second floor apartment. I am retired, but made it fairly easily. It was a great stay.

Good but some things are not o.k.

A few comments on the apartment: There was only cutlery for five people, although the apartment is offered for up to six people. The drain in one bathroom was blocked. The table in the kitchen made an unstable impression. The table top is not firm. The decorative molding in the kitchen (in front of the window) is loose. Not bad, but not good craftsmanship. The dishwasher was defective. I had this directly on Friday complained by phone. They wanted to take care of the matter. Nobody was there until Monday. This is a very annoying and unpleasant defect. Do you see the possibility of a price reduction here? After all, we had to wash everything by hand. Such a mistake should actually be noticed during an inspection on your part.

Excellent A++++ Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful location right on the Royal Mile with lots of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops right out the doorway. Beautifully decorated flat and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to stretch out. When we plan a trip to Edinburgh again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this leg of our trip amazing!!!

Perfect Location and Perfect Stay!

This property was in the most perfect location and it was so great for our 4 day trip! It was spacious and so clean and walking distance from everything. Also, checking in was seamless and it was very easy to communicate with the team that is running the property. I would highly recommend staying here!
