We arrived after a long day of travel around 7PM. There was no one in the office. We called the number on the door. No answer. We finally were advised to text and were informed they were overbooked. We received no assistance to find a place to stay.
We found out that there wasn't a property called Paradise Park. They pick up reservations for 3 motels they own (I'd assume that had a hand in overbooking). Two Medicine Inn, Going to the Sun Inn & Suites and Dancing Bears Inn DB Boutique and Cabins. Paradise Park will end up with you assigned to one of the three if you're lucky (or unlucky since we didn't get a room so don't even know how the rooms are). I've been informed that they keep changing the Limited Liability Corporation that they operate under once they get into enough trouble with the current one. This info came from a local motel owner who said that overbooking happens to many travelers by this outfit. He said they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau many times. We have been trying for weeks to get our money back.
