  • Apartment Why Not is located at Ombla river, in the quiet Komolac area, only 10 minute ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
    Balcony is at your disposal, which makes this place a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are at your disposal.

    Free private parking is provided, reservation is not needed.

    Pets are not allowed.

    This two bedroom apartment with balcony can accommodate four people. It features air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, while the other one comes with two single beds. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. Free toiletries, hair dryer as well as linens and towels are at your disposal.
    This apartment is located on the ground floor.

    Due to the properties good location, everything you may need during your stay can be found in the area. Apartment is situated 400 metres from the ACI marina and 7 km away from Dubrovnik's old town. Bus stop with direct lines to the Dubrovnik is only 100 m away. Market is 50 m away.

    Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 23 km away.
