With four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of room for two families, or a group of friends. The house would also work well for a business trip, with plenty of areas where desks can be set up, and the dining table can be extended for conferences.

It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday - the restful blues, greys and creams of the interior reflect the stunning landscape, and the outdoor space, with huge lawns, a nordic spa, a petanque pitch and a shady patio mean everyone can find their own space. Children can let of steam with a game of football, on the swings or in the playhouse.

Enjoy a cruise on the lake, a day on the beach, lakeside walks or a mountain adventure at this contemporary property near Annecy.

Please note that, at the moment, the fireplace is not functional. Please note the dimensions of the beds : 2 double beds of 140x200, 1 double bed of 160x200, and 2 single beds of 90x200 that can become a double 180x200 The road bordering Lake Annecy passes below the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
