A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
• The living room fireplace is non-operational and not available for use.

Great location, very comfortable stay

My siblings and I stayed at this property for a long weekend and had a great stay- the check-in process was great and communication from the property manager was very prompt. The house was very cozy and comfortable, would definitely stay again when we visit Denver!

Great place in the Denver area

Perfect location! Stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks and access to hiking trails. Tennyson Street is a short walk away with great restaurants and shops. House is very comfortable and has interesting features both inside and out. Management company super easy to work with and immediate answers with questions.

Nicely decorated and updated. Was concerned that no central air was going to be an issue but it wasn't. Location is great. Walking distance to a ton of great places to eat as well as Sloan Lake for walking and running. Quiet Neighborhood.

Red Rocks Trip

3 couples met up from Dallas and Seattle to watch a concert at red rocks. The location was great and walking distance to many things! The bed were also very comfortable, which is something I never experience and was a nice surprise! The host was very accommodating and answered all emails and texts promptly! We would stay here again our next trip to Denver
