Amazing location, central to all major highways! Completely renovated, very clean and safe North Dallas property! The property is gated and includes covered parking, WIFI, Netflix, Streaming TV, coffee and water.

Apartment complex and apartment is set up for key-less entry with access codes for self check in. Instructions and codes are provided the day of check in.

Walking distance from Shopping, Supermarket, Restaurants and Bars.

The Pool is open year round and clean towels are provided.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful property in great location, easy drive to travel South to Dallas or North to Frisco, but equally walking distance to coffee shops and supermarket. Community is safe and friendly. Highly recommend.

Professional (not vacation) stay

This property was clean, nicely stocked with kitchen and restroom needs and easy to access. This is more of a hotel replacement than a vacation stay. Makes cooking easy and an okay place to sleep. The bed and couch were not comfortable at all for sleeping but overall, it did what I needed it to do. If the bed and couch are replaced with higher quality furniture this would be a perfect place to stay next time.

Great Place!

It was my wife and oldest daughter. The apartment was great and it was in a good location. One morning I walked out in my pj’s to grab a charger and was greeted with 3 cheery “good morning”’s before I got back to the room! I thought I was in Mayberry! Excellent stay!

Given the circumstances with the worst weather in 12 years - our stay was great. We wish we could have gotten out and done more - but the apart was everything we needed. I'd stay here again.

Sarah was responsive and gracious host in a unique situation.

We planned to spend five weeks in Dallas. We arrived on Friday and by Monday we decided we needed to cut our trip short due to Coronavirus. Sarah was very responsive and generous. We will never forget her kindness.

Nice enough for a single traveler

Condo was fine, had plenty of utensils, pots, pans...etc. Shower has nice pressure. Everything worked fine. Condo is a little far from the parking space, and it's a little dark back around that corner. However, I did feel safe as a single woman, due to the gate at the front. My only complaint would be that everything in the bathroom is really short. I had to squat in the shower, and the counter top is really low. I'm 5'11, so not giant - not a deal breaker but a heads up for others!

North Dallas Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Sarah was very helpful in rebooking our stay due to a family emergency. The kitchen had everything needed including coffee. The only confusion was with the television. You have to use your own apps for programming. All I wanted was local news but wasn't able to access. I would stay there again. Location is convenient to highway, stores and restaurants. It is a gated community so that was a plus. Neighbors seemed friendly.

Home Away from Home

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place is clean, well-stocked with everything we needed ( towels, pillows, even had detergent and dryer sheets which we didn't use since we brought our own). The property owner was very prompt in responding and very accommodating (Thank you, Sarah) ! The assigned covered parking and gated security were definite plus ! We will definitely return on next Dallas visit...
