Luxury inside the gates of Stillwater Resort. You will love this completely updated and newly furnished end-unit condo. Relax on the oversized balcony while enjoying the calm lake views and sunsets. You can even see your boat in the dedicated slip from our location. The balcony friend's circle of wicker seating along with the teak table set for dining is always a favorite spot to enjoy. The stoned gas fireplace is enhanced with a TV for game days. Weber gas grill for your use.
From the moment you step inside, the bright interior greets you with an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen so everyone can be together. Gas fireplace with mounted Smart TV. Cable & Wireless Wi-Fi are provided.
There are Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen for the favorite cook. All small appliances are provided also. (Coffee maker, & Keurig, toaster, blender, air fryer). There is a pantry with an overflow refrigerator, shelving, washer and dryer.
The spacious primary suite is lakeside with a private door to the balcony. Sleep number king bed duel controlled. Dressers and nightstands and room for all your belongings. Smart TV in this suite. The attached private full bathroom is enhanced with two sinks, a garden tub, separate shower, WC & walk in closet . This room is very large and could accommodate a crib if needed.
Guest suites 1 & 2 are on the front side of the condo in their own "wing". The oversized hallway brings you to guest suite 1 which has a king bed, closet, and cabinet for storage. Guest suite 2 is furnished with two twin beds, a nightstand, a closet, and a storage table.
All bedrooms are well furnished. New linens and towels are always provided. There are even extra sets provided if you need them. All bedrooms have blinds and blackout curtains. Fans. Beach/pool towels will be in the guest bathroom linen closet. The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Spend a few days or longer so you can enjoy the amenities. We have a fabulous pool area with a stone waterfall slide, zero entry, and chairs galore. There is a picnic pavilion, exercise room, and bathrooms.
Life in Stillwater is safe and fun. The golf course is open to the public and the club/restaurant Coppers is always a fun place to eat and enjoy music all year long. Close to off-site restaurants and activities. Auburn University is only 25 minutes southeast of the lake. 2 hours from Atlanta, and close to an hour from Montgomery or Birmingham. Lake Martin is the Gem of Alabama. Clean clear water and plenty of islands and beached to explore. Please be aware that the lake water levels will drop 4 feet from mid October to.1 April.

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Lake Martin, made so in a great part by the excellent hostess of the "Sailfish" condo at Stoneview Summit. Communication of amenities offered in the unit and check-in/out procedures could not have been better, and the hosts have really gone the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need while there - hampers for laundry and wet linens, extra USB and AC outlets for chargers, plenty of soap, paper goods, etc. We usually travel with a good bit of those items, but it was great as a busy mom to see that someone had my back for anything we might have forgotten! The condo itself was squeaky clean, comfortable, and beautiful, while at the same time feeling homey and relaxed. We wanted for nothing, enjoyed every minute of our time there and on fantastic Lake Martin, and will definitely book at "Sailfish" again the next time we plan an extended trip. Many thanks!

We stayed at Sailfish at Stoneview over Auburn Graduation weekend and loved the entire stay. The condo is very well decorated with ample room for four adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. The host Melissa was extremely responsive to all our questions and checked in during our stayed to ensure everything was good. The condo is well stocked with everything you may need for cooking, cleaning and just about every toiletry item you may need. Our kids loved hanging out on the balcony over looking the water watching TV during down time and the Weber gas grill available on the balcony got plenty of use. Blue Creek Boat Rentals was a quick 3 minute drive away for renting a pontoon boat during the day, and the designated boat slip for the condo is conveniently close. I would be remiss if I did not mention how nice Lake Martin is, the water is extremely clear with plenty of coves to float in to relax. Auburn University from the condo was an easy 35 minute drive. I recommend spending time in Auburn if you haven't been. If you are considering staying in the Lake Martin area, definitely consider Sailfish at Stoneview. We are already making plans to return.

From the time we booked this condo and throughout our entire stay, we could not have selected a more perfect place for our family! The condo is tastefully decorated and truly beautiful. The owner goes above and beyond to communicate and share all information you may need in advance and provides everything you may need as a guest. My family of 5 just spent a fabulous weekend in this condo. The property is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and nice linens, towels, etc. We especially appreciated that the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed with great attention to the small details. The highlight, of course, were the views and the comfortable seating and dining options on the lake front patio. Communication with Melissa was excellent and she made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back soon!

Sailfish condo was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It has everything you could ever need! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, tools, etc. The owner went above and beyond to make sure it was a wonderful experience - she is very responsive and kind. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much at the Sailfish Condo at Stoneview. The condo is very nicely decorated and the furniture is extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, kitchen items and a ton of extra's were provided to make our stay more comfortable. Owners made checking in and out a breeze. The included slip worked perfectly for our boat. Thank you for providing a wonderful clean condo to rent while enjoying the lake!
