Walking distance to all of downtown's points of interest, best restaurants and steps from the sea. Condo is located on the 2nd floor.

There were a few basic amenities missing when we arrived, but the host made an effort to remedy the situation in a timely manner. The location of the unit is excellent, just off the main square, with many great shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The rooftop area was great, with a small pool and a nice sitting area. The building is modern and clean, and the furniture and decor in the unit were comfortable.

All in all, the condo was great. But a few things are missing that could be better. There were not enough coffee cups or spoons. The door to one of the bedrooms doesn't open easily--you have to push it really hard and then it makes a lot of noise. A lamp in the living room area would be nice. The mattresses are good, but you can only walk around one side of the bed; just small bedrooms. The location is a bit noisy at times (it's right in the heart of things), but it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The key to the condo is tricky to use, something is not quite right about it. Communications when something was needed (water went out a few times) was good when we called, but when we used the app we were never responded to. So, the app was useless, but customer service on site was good. There should be a sign not to flush any TP, which is common in Cozumel. But we didn't know that and clogged up the toilet once. But it was quickly resolved by the management company in charge. The shower was great.

Lovely Place to Stay

The property was very nice, with a beautiful roof top pool. It was so much fun to sit in the pool and take in the sunset each night. There was an abundance of shops and restaurants right near the property. Would definitely stay again.

Great easy location for diving

We loved staying here. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to be able to cook for ourselves if we didn't want to go out. The air conditioner cooled off the room very quickly. The only complaint is that the neighbor (Joe's) - I think is a bar/restaurant would like music until 2-3 AM (especially loud on Fri/Sat. Management was very helpful and accommodating for check in and check out. The rooftop was relaxing, the grill was great to use and laundry facilities upstairs are very convenient. I would stay here again
