This home is a piece of Cottonwood history and was originally located in Jerome before being moved to the heart of Old Town. It is located 1 block from Main Street and is within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms. The house has been completely remodeled with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill/deck, and streaming wifi @ 100 mb/s. The house sits in a nice private area with plenty of parking.

Excellent value! Great location. Had everything we needed for a long weekend and close enough to walk to Main Street. Not sure if the bamboo is always there but loved that it provided privacy around the outdoor eating area, plus is was fun to watch the little birds play!

Great location! Quiet and set back from the street with ample parking while still being easy walking distance to Cottonwood Main Street. Perfect spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the hiking and mountain biking of the greater Sedona area while avoiding the hubbub.The house itself was comfortable, cozy, and well-renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice grill on the back deck.

This is the best house in the neighborhood and it has a nice location tucked away from the street. It is in walking distance to the cute downtown. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the entry instructions were very clear. There were a couple minor hindrances with a very loud clothes dryer and not enough electronics charging stations, but overall it we had a lovely time.

Impeccable! Close enough to safely walk Old Town yet peaceful & quiet. Wonderful shaded outside seating no matter the time of day. Kitchen is well equipped, even a pizza pan & cutter. Full size fridge & stove/oven. Super comfy beds. Clean, tidy & relaxing. Fast internet with no issues. My second stay here...will be back again. :D

Adorable cottage. Quiet, clean, accessible, well stocked. Home has been completely renovated into a charming place to call "home" for however long you stay. Bed comfort is hard to say goodbye to. Coming back from a day of sightseeing is like getting a hug from your grandmother (even at my age). I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. Jerome is 15 minutes away, Sedona is 20 minutes away, Verde Train in Clarksdale is 4 minutes away. Main street in Old Town Cottonwood is a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive - can't get any better than that.

The house is close to old Town and had everything we needed. It was nice to sit out on the porch to play games. We appreciated there was nothing breakable in the house with my 3 and 5 year old running around. Will stay again!

The house was conveniently located for the hiking trails and points of interest we were interested in. The house was very clean and well-equipped except for laundry soap and lack of water glasses and mugs. The shower had a very intense shower head so the water was needle-like….ouch!

Great Location Walking Distance "Downtown" Old Cottonwood

Great stay, nice home, excellent location! We would definitely stay here again. Note to owner: We could not find any extra blankets and it was cold when we stayed. Also, the soap in the dispenser in the shower needs to either go or get changed out. It was pretty gross and I could not get anything to come out.

Very clean and nicely maintained two bedroom residence with the basic amenities. Maybe 5 minute walk to old town area. Adequate kitchen, bedrooms, laundry, and common areas. Quaint little home with all the necessities. Two bedrooms one bathroom, pullout sofa, nice sized kitchen with island seating, little dining table near the laundry closet, and nice back deck with seating and grill. Everything clean and in working condition. Great parking available. Walking distance to Main Street with shops, dining, art district, and wine tasting. Lovely town with nice hiking trails close by. Great service from the workers in all the places we went to. The closest spot was Queen B vinyl cafe which had great coffee, wine, and farm-to-table food. Will stay here again!
