A Venetian era flat, fully renovated with love and passion by the owners, with respect to its valuable history in a comfortable space. Located on the third floor of a historic building with no elevator but with a superb Old Town view.
La Rondine can accommodate up to 4 guests in one Queen bed and one sofa that can turn into two singles. Features a bathroom with shower, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of light and old Town views.

La Rondine is a Venetian Era fully renovated in 2022 flat. This is the perfect place for a Corfu Town getaway with family! Located in a quiet historical neighborhood of Old Town. Our one bedroom, with one bathroom apartment, is at the center of Old Town, walking distance to everything!
The cozy family open concept living space including fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and family room.
Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining table with seats for 4 guests and relax at the comfortable sofa watching your favorite program in the 43” smart TV. We can provide a high-chair or a baby cot for our little guests upon request.
All amenities included Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with ceramic hobs and full-size fridge. Everything you need to cook an amazing meal for the family.
We offer a welcome basket for our guests with traditional tastes and treats such as kumquat liquor, local honey, wine and local marmalade. There is also butter, rusks, bottled water, fruit juice and Nespresso machine coffee pods. Of course, there are sugar, tea, milk portions, salt, pepper and vinegar. These supplies are left in the home for use by guests until consumed.

The spacious master bedroom features a Queen size bed! The room is equipped with individual A/C, and hangers. You can enjoy a fresh morning breeze from the room's balcony overlooking Corfu town roof tiles and sea.

The full bathroom offers a shower. Fully stocked with hair dryer, liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, washing machine with initial stock of detergent pods.

La Rondine is located in the alleyways of Campiello, near Muragia location, a few steps from the exit to the old port area.
It is located on the third floor of one of the oldest houses in Corfu, dating back to the Venetian era. The look is modest, as are most of the houses in the historic center. However, what stands out about this building, is its stone Venetian balcony, a unique example in the city today, placed directly above the door according to 17th century architecture, with its decorative window aprons and its strictly symmetrical appearance. The stone balcony recalls those of Venice or Verona at the end of the Gothic period.
The house is built on a sunny plateau near Muragia, a small bright square defined by the facades of the surrounding houses.
Just 30 meters away is the building where our national poet Dionysios Solomos lived and now houses the Solomos Museum, a building which witnessed a large part of his poetic creation. From our window we gaze at the same view of the sea and the islet of Vidos that he had when he wrote his works.
The apartment is a 4minute walk from Imabari Beach, few meters away from the large Spilia parking lot and from the New Fortress of Corfu. With just a few minutes' walk you are at all the points of interest of the city, at the church of Agios Spyridon, at Liston and the square of Spianada and the Old Fortress. As you wander through the narrow streets you will come across countless choices of quiet cafes or restaurants. Alternatively, the busy and popular spots are all a few steps away.

The international airport is 2.3 km and the port is at 1.7Km away from the house. You can take blue bus (Line 15) from the airport with frequent routes every 30min during summer season. We can arrange a private transfer from the airport or a car rental for you.
The parking is free on the public road at 100meters away from the house.
A car is not necessary but recommended in case you wish to explore all the island.
