Great location! Carpet was wet when we checked in. We notified management and they were great. They gave us a refund for the inconvenience. We never expected that.

Needs some love.
The unit is in a excellent location right across the road from the super bee lift. Hot tub is good. The view is beautiful. The unit itself could be nice but needs a lot of repairs. Carpet is stained and dirty. There is a coat rack when you come in with 4 hooks but 2 hooks are broke off. In the kitchen the pots and pans look like they picked them out of the trash. Skillet is warped. The large pot the handles are broken off. Tea kettle broke. Dishwasher works but a wheel is broken from the rack, making it hard to open. Light burnt out on range hood. They did not supply a kitchen trash can or recycling bin. Bedroom has a TV but looks like it’s from the 90,s only works for playing a DVD. Bathroom fan is extremely loud. There is a shelf in the bathroom but it is not level so everything slides off. They do supply enough towels, toilet paper and tissues. We do understand this a rental but these things I mention are not expensive repairs and are basic things most rentals supple. Very disappointed!!

Poor property management
Picking up and dropping off keys with Vacasa was a real pain. Bedding was terrible. A miserable mattress topper that would not stay in place. Asked Vacasa for an additional blanket, they agreed, but never delivered. Carpeting is dirty and stained. We stayed at the condo for two weeks and Vacasa originally supplied us with inadequate toilet paper and two garbage bags. We asked for a refresh and they never answered, so we bought supplies to cover our stay. Bedroom television wouldn't work. Asked Vacasa for help, which never came. Kitchen supplies were marginal. Our third stay at Copper Springs, the prior two were great, they were not managed by Vacasa.

Great location and great unit
The Vacasa people (Mara, in particular) were wonderful at getting us started on our vacation and getting us our keys and everything we needed during our stay. The building and unit were also wonderful…in a great location and great amenities at the building (pool table, sauna, and hot tub). Our particular unit was a little small to fit everyone’s ski stuff, etc, but the beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed!!! We would definitely come back again!!!! **I would agree with past reviewers that the carpets need cleaning.

Great location
The Condo was in a great location. It was nice and was accurately described. It had almost ever we needed. There were no blankets for the sofa bed and the carpet could use some spot cleaning but overall our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Great but not so great
The location at the East end of the village was quieter than Village Center and the place was clean except the carpet was stained and badly in need of shampooing. On our second night the owner arrived at 0030, their key let them right in and scared us to death. Apparently they weren’t up to date on the rental status. He left and then cam back and knocked and asked to see our confirmation. Then left again. Lost 2 hours of sleep. Oh and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work (right front). Would have been nice to have some information about amenities at that end of the village too. Beautiful view though.

Great Property and Amazing Management
The condo was great and the property was very clean and have great amenities - huge outdoor hot tubs, ski lockers, laundry and pool table. Not to mention under 100 yards from the best ski lift on the mountain. The property management company (Vacasa) was amazing. I left behind a personal item and they went above and beyond to ship it back to me. I will always look for a Vacasa run property now when I can.

Mixed experience
The Condo size and features were as advertised and the balcony view was great. Seems like the place was originally well built. However, there were several disappointing items. The toilet seat had a huge crack in it, not an expensive item to replace. The interior shower curtain was disgusting, again, not an expensive item to replace. The carpeting was very stained and needs replacement. The unit was mostly clean, but the top of the refrigerator and radio on top had about a half inch of dust on it. The coffee maker came with filters but no coffee, sugar, or other simple amenities which we usually get staying in a VRBO, especially for the money we paid. The East Village resort itself needed new carpeting and wall patching in the hallways and the grounds could use some TLC. Getting the key card was straightforward, however we arrived after sunset and the Vacasa lockbox area had no lighting and keycode numbers were black on black background. Just a very poor design on what should be straightforward for check-in. Considering the money we paid for this unit, it was disappointing overall.

The beds are comfortable and it is a two minute walk to lift. The fitted sheet for the pull out bed did not fit the bed and there is no large skillet or sauce pan. The lid to the toilet seat is cracked, which did not affect our stay but it does need to be fixed. Unfortunately, the hot tub is closed due to COVID, but it looks nice for those lucky to use it in the future.

Owners need to fire Property Management Company
I want the owners to understand that this review is not against their condo at all, but against Vacasa Property Management that manages this unit. We were not provided a check in code to get the key prior to our arrival. No check in desk on site. Had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes to get the code and the person on the other ends says we're in the process of changing all the codes so we didn't send you one. Couldn't they have let us know ahead of time? Unit was full of dust when we checked in, it had not been prepped after VRBO's were allowed to rent again during Covid crisis. Blinds were full of dust and so was the bathroom. Per Colorado Covid law, cleaning solution and hand santizer must be provided. Had to call Vacasa three times before we were provided disenfectant. If you're going to book this unit, make sure you're prepared to purchase supplies - TP, kleenex, trashbags. They provide two rolls of TP, no matter your length of stay and we rented for 16 nights. The unit does not have a broom, vacuum, dish cloths or oven mitts. I would stay in this unit again, but I will not rent it if Vacasa is managing it. Otherwise the beds were comfy, linens were nice, but be prepared to do your own laundry, no maid service during your stay. Nice grill, we used it almost nightly. Across street from the lift.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked with games, good location next to the SuperBee lift (tubing hill and snow playground). The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, but that was really our only complaint. We would stay here again.

Spacious and cozy condo with excellent location with only 2-3 min walking distance to lifts. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub/pool. Greatly recommend this condo.

Excellent location across the street from the Super Bee lift!
Easy to find, almost ski-in/ski-out...just have to walk across the street to the Super Bee lift. Condo was clean & nice (a few lightbulbs needed to be replaced, but otherwise pretty perfect!). Hot tubs (2) are only a few steps outside and large enough for tons of people to enjoy...pretty lights underwater too! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with shortcomings
The unit was clean with nice furnishings. It was listed as sleeping 4 and does have necessary bedding, but putting 4 persons in the unit would be extremely crowded. The people would fit, but they better not bring much luggage as there is no place to put it and no storage to unpack into. Plan to live out of your suitcase while staying if you can find a place to put it. The bathroom has a pedestal sink so there is no vanity to set anything on or put anything in. There is a tiny shelf above the toilet that is the only storage and it holds the extra towels. Anything else has to just sit on the floor. Speaking of bath linens, we had no wash cloths and only 2 hand towels. Kitchen is fairly well stocked, but no hot pads for doing any cooking. These issues probably could have been dealt with had we had a way to contact housekeeping. We rented through Vacasa and I will not use them again. There is no onsite person to deal with any issues. They have an office space leased in Frisco which doesn't have a single stick of furniture in it. Its only purpose is to have a location for lock boxes to store keys that you have to find on your own. Fortunately we did not have any serious issues arise during our stay as I still do not know how they would be dealt with. There is no phone number provided for housekeeping or maintenance and if you should happen to accidentally lock yourself out or your unit, good luck finding someone to let you in or provide another key. The only function that Vacasa provided is to take your money.
