Unique Cosmopolitan Villa in the Heart of Ivywild! Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath villa complete with gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings and 2 patios. From the private parking area enjoy a stroll through the garden path to the front, courtyard entry. In addition, guests enjoy exclusive use of hot tub, fire ring in a private, custom designed back yard that is fully enclosed . Open design and modern zen like atmosphere create a serenity enhanced by shades of grey and blue accents, 17 foot ceilings in living room and 9 foot ceilings throughout. Large wooden sliding doors spill out into private, fenced backyard with hot tub, fire ring, all uniquely landscaped. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the custom metal gated front veranda with night lighting . Beautifully appointed master bedroom and bath has a Tempurpedic adjustable king size bed with massage and sliding doors that lead to hot tub and fire ring. The luxurious master bath features a heated tiled floor and large walk in shower with multiple shower heads creating a spa like atmosphere. Gourmet kitchen is highlighted by a gas range and wine fridge . The separate laundry room is complete with washer, dryer and folding area. Large, spacious living room is the place to enjoy TV with a gas fireplace ...simply flip a switch to have a cozy fireside movie night . Walking distance to Ivywild establishments such as the Ivywild School brewery , coffee house and Axe n Oak whiskey bar and of course Bristol Brewery.

Nice, but needs some updating

The home is in the perfect location, and close to all of the local attractions. The neighborhood gave me some pause, but didn’t cause any issues.While the place was clean, it could use a very deep cleaning. Mildew in the corner of the master shower. Some sort of bacterial looking growth in the hot tub cover and some head rests.There were multiple signs around the home that left instructions. We questioned the local host and was told the one sign was never taken down since Covid and the other regarding upkeep of the hot tub was no longer the accurate. There was also a sign indicating that the broken hot tub cover had a replacement coming, but based on the other signs, I’m not sure I believe that to be the case.All of this being said, we enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked with things a traveler would need. The local host was sweet and very responsive.

Home was in great centralized location for doing all the tourist spots and for great dining and grocery shopping. It was as shown in pictures and description. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook any meal. Host was easy to contact. We would recommend to other couples and would book again.

Perfect base of operations for a weekend in the Springs

This was hands down the best stocked VRBO i've ever stayed at. From the choice of soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms to the extensive amount cookware in the kitchen. Made me feel guilty eating every meal at restaurants while we were there. It's located in what I consider the south side of CS but only 5 minutes from the freeway entrance so very easy to access all of the Springs from. By the way - we went and saw the Garden of the Gods based on literature we flipped through while watching TV at the house there, WOW. Thanks again!

Nice Stay

Well-designed and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice private yard with fire pit and hot tub. Close to all of the Springs attractions and events. Some houses on the street are junky, but had no impact on our stay.

Very nice and clean home

We stayed at this home for 3 nights, March 20-23. It was very nice and the inside was immaculatly clean. Very updated and modern furniture.It had all the amenities we could want. The location was convenient and all the neighbors walking their pets were friendly. Parking for 1 vehicle was fine.The kitchen was set up well with pots, pans, spices, etc. We ate out the whole time and didn’t cook any meals. Brought home pizza and takeout..Bathrooms set up well with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Other things in drawer like a lint roller, hair dryer, etc.It was very convenient to visit Ivywild School and the area of restaurants and bars on Tejon street. An Uber to Tejon cost us 40 on a Saturday night around 6:00 pm but was only 13 to home around 10-11 pm.We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub but loved the fire pit in the evenings and early mornings.The only thing I would suggest is they need to do some cleanup outside on the patios since the weather has warmed up. I would stay at this home again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 BR home. Ashlee (management) was very helpful and easy to contact.Would recommend eating at Crystal Park Mexican food in Manitou, Sulley’s pizza or Skirted Burger on Tejon St.

Winter Getaway

When arriving at the villa the steps to access the property were clear. The place was modern and spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of games to choose from WiFi speed was quick. The beds were comfortable and the private backyard was a nice bonus! A washer machine and dryer are also at this property which came in handy a few times. The hot tub is a great size and was perfect for the weather we experienced. Overall I’d give this villa 5 stars if I could.

Great get away with my wife

My wife and I had a great time during our stay. The place was well-kept and clean, making it a comfortable retreat for us. We appreciated the clear communication before our arrival, with detailed instructions on how to access the property. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to most things in town, yet still offered a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we'd certainly recommend it to others!

Spacious with great views

We enjoyed our visit to Colorado Springs to see family for Thanksgiving. Ivywild was comfortable and very clean, with a spacious living area and kitchen, very nice outdoor spaces including firepit, hot tub, and dining. Loved the heated floor in the master bath! The location is terrific, walkable to restaurants and grocery, plus the view is spectacular. Would recommend adding kitchen knives, more coffee mugs, and dish towels/rags/pot holders. Coffee pot is drip, not Keurig.

Ivywild & The Broadmoor!

My 3 adult siblings and had had a wonderful few days in Colorado Springs- thanks in part to the wonderful accommodations and location of the Villa! We were in town to attend the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame (worth a visit!!) 50th anniversary gala at the Broadmoor. The Villa’s location was perfect for us - and an easy hop to the airport! Our co-hosts Tom and Breanna were great to work with! We all agree we’d stay there again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!!!

Beautiful modern home at foot hills of Cheyenne Canyon

We loved the open kitchen concept with high ceiling and lots of natural light. We were able to manage with the kitchen tools provided but it was minimal. The backyard/hot tub area is great but the table outside needs to be repaired/replaced. Very convenient and quiet to lots of activities close by. We love spending time in Cheyenne Canon. Favorite hike was Muscoco Mnt view via N. Cheyenne Canon Park.
