Beautiful New Townhome - Perfect Location

Enjoy the luxury and convenience of a new home located in an historic neighborhood. This 3-bedroom home is only minutes away from some of the area’s most popular destinations, including Downtown, the US Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, and Manitou Springs. On the main level, the open floor plan features a large, modern chef’s kitchen, a sizable eating area for group meals, and a living area complete with a large television and gas fireplace. There is also a patio off the kitchen, which extends your entertaining space.

During your stay you will enjoy off-street parking for two vehicles and two car garage, high-speed wireless Internet, cable television, and a washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs. Owned by an Olympian and former professional athlete, and commonly known as “The Athlete House”, the home is decorated with sporting memorabilia from his career as an athlete and coach.

Upstairs are three very cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The beautiful master bathroom has a bathtub, walk in shower and a double vanity. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bath.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating system for year around comfort.

This is a gorgeous townhome complete with garage with bike hooks! It is within walking distance to Old Colorado City with great shops and eats. The Athlete House was a great place for our family to relax, recoup and get ready for a climb of the Manitou Incline and Pikes Peak! Comfortable beds and rooms, plenty of space, and a great location. The cycling memorabilia was a bonus perk, and there are trails galore just a quick jaunt to the south. We will look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful townhouse in a Colorado Springs location close to everything! Large primary suite with double vanities and a walk in shower! Loved the double garage although the alley entrance is a tad intimidating if you’re not familiar with alleys. Huge kitchen and fully stocked. Wonderful stay!

Probably the best VRBO rental I have used. Very, very clean, well stocked and organized kitchen and convenient to everything we were doing. This may sound silly but having facial tissues all around the house and good quality bath tissue was the cherry on top. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this stay!!

Perfect Location

The townhome is fabulous - clean and welcoming! It was such a nice thing to have coffee and sugar provided, as well as all the kitchen items I could think of. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom made for a seamless stay. Quiet hours were definitely adhered to, as we heard very little after 10 p.m., besides a little passing traffic noise the provided fan easily drowned out. The townhome is located just minutes from most of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, which made getting around easy. The only improvement I would suggest would be blackout curtains. It gets light EARLY in Colorado Springs! But that's easy to manage with a sleep mask. This was a perfect property and we would 100% stay here again when we are back in town!

A Beautiful Property!

This is such a beautiful townhouse in wonderful location! We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living area as we were traveling with a 4 year old who went to bed earlier than the adults. The personal touches in this home are so neat and the communication with the host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc and everything worked as expected. Some of the surrounding areas aren't quite as nice, but that's nothing they can control and we never felt unsafe, the property just stands out a little bit as newer and nicer than its surroundings.Easy access to highways and major attractions.We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay for CC graduation

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from CC with other family members. It's close to campus (though not walkable) and a wonderful place to relax and spread out between events. The host (Paige) was very responsive throughout our rental process. It's a really lovely home and very spacious. The only (small) complaint is that it's on a loud street, so those sleeping on the street side of the house had difficulty sleeping. Earplugs are a good idea!

The house is very well located and very close to the Garden of the Gods and lot of eateries. The house was clean, stocked with the essentials, beds were comfortable and the decor was done very tastefully. Paige is very fast in answering any questions we had. Perfect for relaxing girls trip

There were three of us staying here, and this house was a great setup to each have our own bedrooms and plenty of common area space to eat, cook, chat, watch tv, etc. Super clean and comfortable living. Great location for an easy drive to the sites. Highly recommend!
