"The pool was enjoyable. Spacious for swims but can lounge as well. Making reservations for non-buffet dining was miserable. Day of arrival your only choice is buffet. Property is in despair, could be nice if some $$ was reinvested. "

"The check in is a nightmare, no staff to guide in the location, to contact is only via WhatsApp and I found out bacause someone told me. "Food at the buffet could be better. Our butler Kelvin is truly an amazing person!! I misplaced my cell phone and he was able to track it down for me, he booked dinner reservations and excursions for us. He is sooo wonderful!! Highly recommend him and the resort !!!"

"This resort should be called Accidental Punta Cana. Booked room online. Arrived there. Front desk said no rooms availables. Had to fight with them to get a room. Overpriced for 5 hours stay. They wanted cash to have a better rate. No control over the students that were there for Spring Break. They yelled, fought, swear and everything was ignored. “It’s Spring Break” they said. We heard these students yelling until 4am. The rooms are NOT sound proof. No one did anything. Trash Resort."
