While the people working at the resort are spectacular and the amenities (pool and beach) are great as well - this resort has the WORSE management I have experienced in a long time. First, we booked 2 queen beds for our room during booking. Once arriving at the resort, we were told that your trip booking through Expedia are ONLY considered “requests” and because of that, they were unwilling to accommodate us any other way. They basically told us to suck it up and deal with it. Two, the towel handler was NEVER available nor were the clean towels. We used the same towels for 3 days straight. The resort only left us with 2 towels for our room everyday so we couldn’t use those for the pool/beach. Third, the resort does not provide transportation to and from the resort, so we made arrangements to have a taxi pick us up from the resort. Well - the resort would not let our taxi drive up to the lobby to pick us up. They dropped us off at the gates and left us there to wait. I paid a pretty penny for my visit and at a minimum, I think I should be allowed to get into my taxi from the lobby :) All that to say, I won’t be returning and you shouldn’t either! Spend your money elsewhere. The service is important to shape the experience. The servers and food were delicious, but the management really hindered our experience!!
