A comfy space for a weary traveler. We are close to Southern Adventist University, Ooltewah, Hamilton place, in between Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. This is located at a quiet and safe subdivision in a culdesac. Please contact us and let us know ahead how we can make your stay more welcoming and comfortable. Our goal is for you to feel at home staying with us.

this is a basement apartment with windows and private entrance. a comfy, super clean, inviting environment.

We have a friendly dog in our fenced backyard. we have trampoline and short zip line for little kids to play, advising parents to be around. unit have 3 inaccessible doors for guest and host safety.

Overall great but when we got back late one night you could smell what they cooked . Not enough parking. I would recommend this to anyone who has 1-2 people . The neighborhood was very quiet . It was great location to due to the area our softball games where played .

The owners are avid gardeners, so you feel that you are in a green haven of flowers. There is even a resident cat, who welcomes you. The apartment is immaculate, with every need provided. Each time I'm in the area, I stay here.

This is a great quiet place to stay that's a bit out of the way but convenient to SAU. Don't stay here if you're looking for something constructed in the last 10 years, but if you want comfortable with a little drive in the country, this is great for the value.

Rose was responsive right from the start and quickly answered questions I asked. The check in instructions were detailed and clear. The rental was exactly as described on VRBO and Rose provided many extras to make our stay special. The mornings were so relaxing as I sat on the back porch watching and listening to the birds while doing my morning devotions and prayers. If we return to this area Rose's place in Collegdale is where we will stay.

Great getaway spot for that couple that wants to be close to Chattanooga without being downtown. Within 30 minute drive downtown very pleasant Drive to the property close enough to Collegedale for access do some basic necessities. Very quiet and comfortable.

We were attending a wedding in Apison and this was perfect for our stay! Only 10 minutes from the venue and 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, we were able to do quite a few things on our list! A visit to Miller's Plaza for Friday night music and a Sunday stop at McKay's Bookstore on our way back home topped off our perfect weekend!

The hosts are friendly, even the outside cat and dog! They anticipated every need, offering help without being pushy. Their home is in a lovely rural neighborhood, so even the drive back and forth was scenic. I will definitely stay here again. Jo

This basement apartment would be great for a 1-2 person traveling, but a little tight for a family with 2 little ones. Communication and access was great and the place was well maintained. Currently a bridge is out that will cause some addition time/roads to get around, but nothing too problematic. We liked the proximity to the highways, SAU and a few state parks in the area.

This is essentially a one bedroom apartment with an open floor plan. The owners did a great job converting their basement space. Rose, Pete, and their son are very hospitable, but will give you space if you choose not to interact much. Their backyard was available for my son to roam as if it was his own. You do go around the side of the house to reach the unit, which is lined with solar lights - you might need to use your phone light for extra light at night. I was there for one month and felt very safe in the home and in the neighborhood.
