Welcome to our spacious bohemian style apartment, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom located in a peaceful residential area of South Charlotte. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Quail Hollow Country Club (PGA), and 25 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, this space is easily accessible from I-77 and I-485.

This modern, comfortable space has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Large picture windows throughout the house allow for healthy natural lighting. Our open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room has high-ceilings, the perfect area for lounging after a day of exploring! The place was so comfy, I wish I would've have brought my pets too. Everything was clean, kitchen had anything needed...perfect littlenspot for co-workers on a business trip, a girls weekend, comfortably just outside the hustle and bustle of the city yet so close! Worked out perfect!

First off, the location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was nicely appointed but a bit old. The facility itself needs a lot of work. The bathroom floor in the king room was not secure. It felt as if we were going to fall through to the second floor apartment below, very spongy as if there has been water damage in the past. The kitchen ceiling is damaged. A huge water stain and chipping paint were a total eyesore. The coffee machine didn't work. The king size bed had a topper on it due to the mattress being old and uncomfortable. The towels in both bathrooms are definitely shop worn and thin. Only one towel per guest. The front door did not feel secure and neither of us were comfortable with the locking mechanism. The trash was never picked up so we used the dumpsters down the road to dispose of our garbage. The exterior steps are dangerous and need repair. I got my shoe caught on the lip of the stairs and fell down the steps. The nails are exposed and dangerous. The unit definitely needs some updating and attention.

Wonderful Amenities and Hosts attention to small details A Wonderful Surprise

Overall great experience property is Very Nice! Host was always available ( Even though we got in Very Late Host Was Super Helpful and responded to any inquiries promptly. The clubhouse Pool is Gorgeous with great lounge chairs and Umbrella tables available. So many different stores restaurants etc really close by rental property. We will definitely look this Host up when Next Wednesday visit family in Charlotte NC

Great apartment

Perfect location for folks wanting the Charlotte experience without being in the middle of uptown. Very close to South Park mall and Quail Hollow Club. Place has everything you need and is quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but not comfortable for 5 adults.

Great location- close to golf/restaurants/shopping. I slept on sectional (not a pull-out). Not enough cups, plates or towels for 5 people and coffee pot was very small. Deck door did not lock. Bathroom door very difficult to open/shut. HOA needs to update outdoor wooden steps. Dead batteries in master tv remote.

Excellent stay

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure which was great because I have a lot of hair! 😁 Stephanie was very responsive to any questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this and would stay again except for the stairs (bad knee so just would prefer first floor) but not a deal breaker because our stay was so nice. Thank you!

Quiet Apt Complex, Lovely Tidy Unit

We had a great stay here, in Charlotte to visit area family! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very nicely decorated, tidy and clean with a great first impression. The surrounding neighborhood seems quite safe, is lovely to walk around in, and has numerous options for dining, groceries, and shopping as needed nearby. Hosts were very responsive with communication when we needed to be in touch briefly to sort out a check in detail, and we were grateful for that. The complex it's in is very quiet and well-manicured, with easy parking. My only note in case it's relevant for someone is that the building stairs and walkways to access the apartment are older wood and not perfectly smooth or sturdy, which is more about the complex management and not the apartment owners. Just to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility challenges.

Fantastic Stay

The property is in a perfect location, if South Charlotte is your destination. It's located in a clean, quiet neighborhood not far from SouthPark mall. The area is super easy to navigate & feels very safe. The property is exactly as depicted in the host's pictures, & is a lovely place. The host was very helpful & accomodating. We were visiting Charlotte for a swim meet and this property was everything we needed and wanted! Great location, safe! Apartment was perfectly clean and kitchen was equipped for cooking. Enjoyable Charlotte Stay

We were very pleased with the property and it accommodated all our need. A second bath would have been nice but we got by well in shifts. Great location for all of our activities. We would recommend to others.
