Enter through your private entrance and head up to the second floor (no elevator), where high ceilings and large windows overlook the energy of King Street. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a colorful sofa, glass coffee table, and a flat-screen Roku TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedroom includes ample storage and a private en-suite bath.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for light meals, plus a coffee maker stocked with locally roasted coffee. A small dining table sets the scene for easy breakfasts or evening bites. A shared full-size washer and dryer is available on the first floor for added convenience.

Paid parking is available in the garage next door, making arrivals and departures simple. With Uptown Social across the street and countless bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away, The Martini places you right in the heart of Charleston’s vibrant nightlife.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
