The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The Wonderer is a private club in Downtown Charleston, offering a 2-acre campus with resort-style amenities. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Very cute and comfortable. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Definitely a lot of construction happening in that area , but never heard it indoors and with a little patience was easily navigated.

The perfect spot for a Bachelorette! We loved the vibe and the location, and it was plenty spacious for eight ladies. We had some trouble with the electricity - not all of the light switches worked. But it didn’t matter much. The living room was a comfortable place for us all to hang. We loved the decor!

Perfect Stay for Bach Trip

We had a group of 7 gals stay here for a bachelorette trip and it was FABULOUS! It was absolutely perfect and fit all our needs. We were so close to the CHS nightlife and could easily walk downtown for our day of shopping around. There was more than enough space and PLENTY of mirrors - absolute must for a girls trip. We loved that there was a big comfy couch for us to all snuggle on and watch reality TV in the mornings. Only thing I would recommend to the owners was a little more direction on how to lock the door (100% user error on my end, but it took a couple of tries to figure it out). Also, a broom and dustpan would be a great addition! I wanted to do a sweep of the floors before leaving but couldn't find a broom. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend! 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect house in the city

This house was perfect for a small group. The location was perfect and the house was clean and cozy. The property description mentioned off street parking would be available for to 1-2 cars, but the space barely fit 1 large car. We had to park our other car on the street. The queen bed described in the second bedroom was smaller than a typical queen bed, but it still fit our group of 6 comfortably.

Not impressed. The house was dirty upon arrival.

The cleanliness of this property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we took our toddler’s shoes off to let him walk around, only to find the bottoms of his feet black within minutes. The floors were clearly not clean, with leftover confetti (likely from a bachelorette party) scattered inside and outside the house. Additionally, we found black hair in the sheets of one bedroom before our daughter could even use the bed—disgusting and concerning when we’re paying a 195 cleaning fee.Other issues included a broken lamp in the King bedroom, with its cord awkwardly repaired with electrical tape, and a TV in the main room that required physically walking up to adjust power or volume as the remote didn’t function properly—not ideal for a vacation. Parking was another frustration: the cleaning crew and downstairs guests took our designated space, leaving us to waste time resolving it. Lastly, the King bedroom light was temperamental and often blinked off unless adjusted multiple times with the remote.While the location might appeal to some, the lack of cleanliness and numerous inconveniences made this stay disappointing. Cleanliness and functionality should be standard at this price point, especially with such a high cleaning fee.

Clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us. So easy to get around, many places just by walking. Felt safe. There was construction but didn't bother us since we were gone all day every day enjoying Charleston.

Very comfortable stay

The Pink House was exactly as it is represented in the photos. The layout is great for a family or for a group that has different bed times. The bedrooms are at the end of the hall so it was great for some staying up late and other sacking out earlier. Kitchen had everything you need and the sofa/tv area was all kinds of comfortable. The parking was fine, I have a full size pickup and it fit there with room for downstairs people next to it and room if we had two cars. Location was good but further north than I first thought. It is a mile or so down to the heart of King street etc. We are walkers so that wasn't an issue, neighborhood seemed safe and we weren't uncomfortable. That being said, it is in the middle of an area in transition and there is a lot of construction going on around it. They were driving pilings into the ground at a lot almost across the street so the house was shaking when the pile driver hit and the noise was harsh. It started about 7:45am and finished about 5:15. They are also clearing a lot right there so the outside noise was substantial. Not sure how much longer all that is going to take as Charleston expands north. The host was responsive when I called after misplacing the entrance code, the place was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bachelorette Weekend - Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was the perfect size for our group of 6. The owner was very communicative and the property was adorable and really decorated so cute. One major bonus is that there is a free shuttle just one block away that will take you to King St and downtown Charleston…this was a huge perk! Also to know when you visit, the coffee maker is a Keurig in case you’re stocking up for your trip. We also used the Bag Valet that was shared by the host and it was such a great service if you need a place to store your bags before or after your stay. Highly recommend this property and would stay again if I ever find myself the chance to head to Charleston someday.

Great place to stay
