Enclosed grounds with sitting out area and garden furniture. Hot tub for 5 (private). Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the grounds.. Set in an elevated position with spectacular views, this spacious cottage is full of character and simply perfect for family and friends to get together. The cottage also stands in an UNESCO World Heritage Site - Nantlle Valley-slate production.

There are three separate comfy seating rooms, which consist of a large living room with inglenook fireplace housing a log burner, a cosier snug sitting room which also has a log burner perfect for a cosy evening indoors, there’s also a sunroom which is ideal for admiring the garden and surrounding fabulous views from.
The impressive kitchen has a large quintessential country cottage dining table in the centre, making this the ideal social area to gather everyone together and chat about your day. There are two family bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms with top quality mattresses and furnishings. The cottage has been furnished to a high standard to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Outside there is ample parking and a large garden with seating areas and not forgetting the private hot tub.

The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.

Amazing place, beautiful views

Beautifully maintained property, everything provided and the hot tub was amazing. The only thingy the property was lacking was a mop! That was literally our only moan and the property was otherwise perfect

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful but would definitely recommend you have a car as property very rural but lovely and peaceful. Owner very nice and helpful too will definitely be going back. Fabulous time and plenty to do around area.
