Four Bedroom - 5 Bath at The Ocean Club Residences (”OCR”) in the Diamante Cabo San Lucas Community; Beach Estates Subdivision. This is Diamante’s newest development and the first multi-unit beachfront development on property.

With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, which is enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This unit is a terrific size and layout for multiple families or a group of close friends escaping to paradise together.

From the moment you first arrive, this outstanding property makes a statement! This unit boasts 5000 square feet of living space, complete with upscale furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and picturesque ocean views.

Unwind on the patio which has plenty of seating, a full outdoor kitchen and hot tub. As you lounge on the patio you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The Diamante Luxury Resort is nestled on 1.5 miles of stunning coastline and magnificent dunes. Diamante is a paradise of beauty, privacy, luxury and world-class service. Diamante is home to the award-winning Dunes Course (ranked No. 36 in GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Courses in World). In addition, Diamante opened the world’s first Tiger Woods designed golf course, El Cardonal.

While the beach directly in front of Diamante is not swimmable, it offers 1.5 miles of pristine white sand — perfect for peaceful walks, morning jogs, or sunset watching accompanied by the soothing sound of Pacific waves. For swimming, nearby beaches include Medano Beach, Santa Maria Bay, and Chileno Bay.

Swimmable Beaches are:
Medano Beach: this beach is very popular and it is located toward downtown Cabo. Many hotels and restaurants are located along this beach making it very busy during high season. You can take a taxi and can easily find a taxi to bring you back to Diamante.

Santa Maria Bay: this beach is located approximately 25 min. from Diamante and is very popular for snorkeling. There are no restaurants on the beach so you must bring your own food/drinks, towels and shade. If it is very windy, the current can get pretty strong making the waves quite big. It is best to take rental car for a day and drive to the beach since there are no taxis stationed or reserve private transportation through Diamante.

Chileno Bay: this beach is located approximately 30 min. from Diamante, this beach is also good for snorkeling and is longer than Santa Maria. They have bathrooms and showers but not restaurants, so you will need to bring your own food/drinks, towels and shade. It is best to rent a car for a day and drive to the beach since there are no taxis stationed or reserve private transportation through Diamante.

This unit does not include a jacuzzi/hot tub or a golf cart for daily use. Information on renting a golf cart will be provided after booking confirmation.

There is ongoing construction throughout the property. However, previous guests have shared that it did not impact the enjoyment of their stay.

Everything that was promised.

Really great stay at this property. The location and view is incredible. Some of the infrastructure like the roads and signage could be improved. We will definitely return here.

Great location

Amazing views. Unbeatable location. The property is showing just a little bit of age though. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we were there. Also, it’s listed as a “penthouse“ and it certainly does have a prime location, but it is not on the top floor as implied for a “penthouse“ but it is located on the second floor. Great service.

Beautiful property, but windy!

This was an annual girls trip. The property was clean and spacious and easily accommodated 7 women. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. We enjoyed the pool and the lagoon and the staff were very attentive. Jesus was absolutely delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort is still under construction and with the wind blowing, it was quite dusty. So, I suggest checking the weather and being aware of this issue.

Terrific vacation

Beautiful property overlooking the beach and swimming pool. The condo was nicely furnished and came with everything we needed. The deck area was large and was comfortable. Having the golf cart available to us was an added bonus as we never needed to use the shuttle.

Spacious Property with Fantastic Ocean Views

This property is as beautiful as the photos. 2 master suites but honestly all four bedrooms were beautiful and spacious with private baths. The movie room was never used because the balcony over looking the ocean was so pretty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. The staff at resort was great as well.

Diamante OCR Stay June 7-11, 2023

Though the location of the property is 25 min drive from town and is under major construction, our room was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Very spacious and well furnished. Regarding the rooms, the master bathroom to right of the kitchen has a shower that drains really slow. Too long a shower and you’ll flood the floor. The patio door in the bedroom to the right, just as you enter condo does not open (hatch is broken). The bedroom to left, just as you enter the condo has a ceiling light fixture that is falling out of the ceiling. A few minor issues but the unit overall was in good condition.

Couples Retreat

Great view of the ocean. Spent many evenings watching sunset from very large deck. Whales were awesome. Highly recommend bringing binoculars. Nice that all 4 bedrooms were equal size. Kitchen had all high end appliances and 2 ice makers. Living area is very large. We brought our own food and cooked many of our own meals. Loved the hot tub. 2 golf carts were available for use which is nice because the resort is huge and ocean club is far away from other amenities. They also have shuttle that runs through resort. Unit overall was a bit weathered from previous renters. Some of the furniture needs replacement. Diamante is adding on to Ocean building so we had noise from construction a few days. Road going into Ocean Resort is dirt which made it very dust when you went for walks.

Spectacular sunsets!!!

What a wonderful property with amazing views. The sunsets are beyond spectacular! Jesus was so attentive and accommodating to our every need. I truly enjoyed working with him and he was always very responsive. We were in town for a family wedding and the bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done in the suite. Everyone was blown away by the views of the ocean from the living areas. We will definitely come back.

October Party

Condo is very nice. Needs some TLC. One shower didn’t have hot water. AC was not working correctly, very humid inside. Then got better after we called. Construction was not expected. Should be told when booking. After we arrived 2 days later they demolished the entry and was noisy and dusty in the main hall. Also are building more units to the building. Dirt roads getting to the OCR. Not impressive drive up. Would maybe go back in 5-7 years. Rosemary and Jesus were very helpful. Our golf cart stopped working and Jesus got us an even nicer one. Also Jesus took care of an additional cleaning for the AC inconvenience. Thank you Jesus

50th bday celebration

8 of us stayed in room 201 for our 50th birthdays. The time at Diamante was perfect. Top notch accommodations and a beautiful setting. We did not realize that the property surrounding the Ocean Club Resort is under complete construction. It didn’t hinder our stay because our view was ocean front. There was construction noise but again we chose to not let it impact our stay. We’d highly recommend Diamante penthouse.
