Nunkeri is a peaceful place with beautiful views over the countryside and city of Wagga Wagga. The property is surrounded by the Wollundry Grove Olives and paddocks of neighbouring farms, which all add to the rural setting and make you feel right at home.
Whatever the occasion that brings you to Wagga Wagga, Nunkeri is close enough to everything while being far enough away to enjoy the serenity! Only 12 minutes to the main street of Wagga Wagga, 10 minutes to Estella Supermarket, and 7 minutes to Charles Sturt University means access to all that you need is easy, with taxis and Ubers available when needed.

The home is surrounded by nature and trees, which attract birds and wildlife and add to its serenity. The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort, with natural light in abundance throughout the home. Each bedroom is well-proportioned, with ample storage and views that inspire a sense of peace and tranquillity.
With the open-plan kitchen being the heart of the home, which includes a large walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking and a dishwasher, and flowing onto the outdoor entertainment area, entertaining and cooking for large groups is extremely easy.

Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace or enjoy the bright nighttime stars around the outdoor firepit. Jump in the pool to cool off after a long walk on a country dirt road or bush stroll, or relax poolside with a cocktail and take in the views and sunsets!

The main homestead has two full bathrooms, a separate toilet and four bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite.
The Granny Flat includes one main bedroom with TV and a second bedroom with a kitchenette and access to the bathroom.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the whole house and explore the surrounding gardens during your stay.

For your safety, please keep in mind that no entry is allowed to any paddocks on the property or any paddocks of neighbouring farms.

You are welcome to say hello to the sheep on the other side of the fenceline, but they are not to be touched. Please make sure children and pets are supervised at all times.

Please note, we are not able to host parties or other large events on the property.

The nightly price includes a total of 6 guests. Additional guests incur an additional guest fee of $75 per night.

If you wish to use the fireplace, there is an additional cost to supply wood per night. Please discuss with the host if required.

Please make sure you have booked for the right number of guests, and let us know how many beds you need when booking. Unused bedrooms or the granny flat may be locked off to guests.

Children who require their own bed and/or are over the age of one are considered a "child", not an "infant" for bookings. This is due to extra linen costs and the wear and tear of toddlers vs babies. If your child is over the age of one, please add them to the booking as "child" when entering guest numbers. No bedding or towels are provided for infants.

Please note that while we welcome kids to enjoy the fun space that the property has to offer, we ask that if you have children, you have fully read and agreed to the 'House Rules' section of our listing and understand that the luxury offering of this space requires all respect taken to our home and items within it. Children are required to be supervised at all times when using the pool and outdoors.

Both the house and the Granny Flat are included in the one booking. They are not rented separately, so you will always have the place to yourself.

Pets are welcome at Nunkeri with certain considerations to be followed.
Pets are not allowed in any of the beds or on the couches, under any circumstances.
For the safety of our sheep, vicious dogs are not welcome. When dogs are outside please ensure they do not go near the sheep.
There is a cage available to lock up pets during the day and night if need, which is completely secure.
