This is one unit of a well-situated multi-family complex, this charming efficiency unit promises a cozy and comfortable retreat for your stay. It's worth mentioning that the apartment is situated along a bustling road, and there are residents residing in the unit above and shared walls. Further, this is an efficiency style apartment. It has a unique layout with a lofted bedroom that requires a few steps up a couple of stairs. The ceiling in the bedroom area is low, so you will most likely not be able to stand straight up.

There is also a cubby in the wall outside the main lofted bedroom area. This cubby has a twin bed that can be accessed with a step ladder that is located under the lofted bed.
