This home sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with Roku, while the second bedroom has a twin-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Prepare tasty meals on the patio’s gas grill. Take a reflective stroll through the backyard and enjoy the relaxing coastal breeze. On clear nights, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit.
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a private washer/dryer. In addition to beloved downtown restaurants, Bayside Cottage also keeps you close to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, riverside fishings spots, and ocean-adventure boat charters. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The backyard is shared with an adjacent property, with each property having its own seating area, firepit, and grill.
This two-story home has step-free access from the driveway.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
