The Villa Strandvogt thrilled by its unique location near the beach in Börgerende and its architecture with style elements of the classic resort architecture. The individually furnished apartments in the Villa Strandvogt, completed in 2013, have a balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Strandvogt is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. The apartment has an underground parking space or a parking space in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking, coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

The bedroom with double bed and the small room with sofa bed offer you the opportunity to retire. Enjoy the peace and quiet and listen to the sound of the sea. From the large sleeping area you have direct access to the shower room. The two modern shower rooms are equipped with vanity, spacious shower with. Ground level access, hair dryer and toilet. Enjoy balmy evenings on the balcony, sniff fresh Baltic Sea air. Here, too, comfortable seating is available for you. There is an underground parking space available for free in the object. Villa Strandvogt also has a storage room for your bicycles. Non smoking apartmentNo pets linen set, travel cot and highchair fee payable. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 schoenen geräumigen Baedern Die Wohnung perfect Nur leider der Strand ist nicht schoen, wenn man ins Wasser möchte, nur mit Badeschuhen erträglich Ansonsten ist die Lage gut Warnemünde und Kühlungsborn in Kürze zu erreichen

Die Wohnung wurde uns in einem sehr, sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Großes Lob an den Reinigungsservice! Sie ist sehr ruhig und obwohl in einem Mehr-Appartmenthaus gelegen, hörte man die Nachbarn nicht. Aber bei all dem Lob sollte man auch an kleine Verbesserungen denken. Es fehlen mittelgroße Töpfe und Schüsseln und leider, leider fehlen Fliegengitter komplett. Die Mücken sind eine Plage und man kann deswegen die Fenster und/oder Balkontüre nicht offenhalten. Fliegengitter sind dringend notwendig. Die hauseigene Tiefgarage ist o.k. aber die Parksituation vor dem Haus ist nervig und zu eng. Man kann noch nicht einmal sein Auto aus- oder beladen ohne den Verkehr oder Fussgänger zu behindern. Mit einem Fahrradträger (weder Dach- noch Kupplungsträger) kann man nicht in die Tiefgarage einfahren, deshalb wäre ein befristeter Abstellplatz vor dem Haus um so wichtiger.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Fußbodenheizung war sogar vorhanden, 2 Bäder, eine top ausgestattete Küche und super Schlafräume! Das Wohnzimmer war auch super eingerichtet.
