The Space:
Cliffhanger welcomes you with a level entrance and spacious Living Room with Wood-Burning Fireplace, large Flat-Screen TV, and a large Sectional Sofa for relaxing after a day on the slopes, trails, or lake. Cable and WiFi are provided for your entertainment. The Dining Room Table seats 10 and the views from here are incredible. There is seating for 5 more at the huge stone and wood bar. If you are looking to do some cooking while you`re here, this Gourmet Kitchen will have everything that you need - large Refrigerator, Gas Cooktop, Double Ovens, Microwave, Dishwasher, two Sinks, and more. Step outside on the main level Deck and prepare to be wowed by the open views of forest, mountains, and BOTH Ski Resorts. Breathtaking! If you need a little more space to relax, head upstairs to the spacious Family Room with another large Flat-Screen TV with Cable, Foosball Table, Game Table, and plenty of comfortable seating, including a Sleeper Sofa. Be sure to check out the views from this room. A great place for the kids to hang out!

The main floor has 1 Bedroom and a Full Bathroom, which is perfect if your family has guests who don`t want to take stairs. This Bedroom features a comfortable Queen Bed, and the Bathroom has two sinks and a large walk-in shower. Head downstairs and you will find 5 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has two Twin Beds and a slider to the deck, Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and a slider to the deck, Bedroom 4 has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, and Bedroom 5 has a comfy King. Two additional Guest Bathrooms downstairs. The large Master Bedroom has a luxurious California King Bed, a Fireplace, TV with Cable, and a slider out to the Deck with those same beautiful views. The attached Master Bathroom has a romantic Jetted Tub for two and a large Shower with a Standard and a Rainfall Shower Head. The downstairs deck features a luxurious and spacious Spa. Great place to Celebrate

Celebrated my 40th birthday with friends and family. There were a perfect amount of beds for us and we never got over the gorgeous view. The master is particularly nice with a view of the mountains from the tub/shower and the bed.

Spacious, clean, good location,beautiful views, air conditioned,sufficient bedrooms and baths for large groups,balconies were lovely. Adequate eating areas. Beds were quite high. Need small step stool for elderly clients. Could use additional fans. More eating utensils. Could use new and larger pots for large group cooking.

Beautiful

Looks wonderful walking in. Very nice to have a main floor bedroom for me as I don't do stairs very well. We gave the manager a list of things that need attention. If these things are done it will have a 5* rating.

beautiful home, but had a few minor items

We had a wonderful time, but there were quite a few small issues with the house. 1. A/C on main floor worked but room was very warm during afternoon. 2. Window pull down shades on main floor didn't pull down to block the sun. No pull cords and 1 was broken. 3. Trash compactor did not function. 4. Broken light bulb in main floor living room (I replaced). 5. Small ants issue in kitchen, need pest control spraying maintenance.

That view is amazing!

We could not have a 3 year olds birthday party with her friends so we went to Big Bear as a family to spend memorable time together. The house was so spacious and had every amenity we could ask for. Our plan was to stay in most of the weekend and play games, cook and laugh. The view was mesmerizing. That you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful cabin that has seen better days

Eight of us (5 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this beautiful cabin over Thanksgiving. Pros: -Management staff is great -- check in and out were a breeze and they quickly responded to our requests to snake a clogged shower and replace burnt out light bulbs. They even shipped us some forgotten items after our stay. Very helpful and responsive! -Beautiful views -- the cabin itself is in a great location with gorgeous mountain views -Spacious -- plenty of space for all the kids and adults with a separate game room/loft area for the kids Cons: -Wear & tear -- The cabin definitely needs some attention. The carpet was fairly stained. The kitchen was an amalgamation of chipped plates, mismatched cups, and super scratched-up non-stick cookware that I definitely would not feel comfortable cooking with. The beautiful view was limited somewhat by blinds that were nailed down and could not be raised during times when the sun was out of view. -The cabin itself warrants only 3 stars, but I gave the 4th star due to the great service from the management team

Amazing property

This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at in Big Bear. Amazing views, full kitchen, plenty of space and very nice interior. Great for large groups. The neighborhood is so nice and only 5 minutes from the grocery store so very convenient. My friends and I plan to stay here again this winter as we loved the place so much. One important note is that there is no yard/lawn space but this property makes up for that with two balconies with stellar views of the trees /slopes. We ended up playing corn hole in the street so it worked out fine. This place is not cheap but is absolutely worth it. Our friends and family were so impressed with how nice it was. Definitely recommend this property.

Incredible Views

We had a lovely time. My daughters (2 and 4) enjoyed the bunk beds, and the room upstairs especially. My only complaints would be, replace batteries in remotes, check board games (many had pieces missing so we couldn’t play) and DVDS. We found boxes empty, and were disappointed we couldn’t have a movie night with the family. All in all, an amazingly beautiful house, and neighborhood. Close to all we needed, and we cannot wait to book here again.

Beautiful Cabin w/ a Beatiful View

This cabin was perfect for our large group. We loved cooking in the gourmet kitchen, and enjoyed the view while we ate our meals. The rooms were comfy, and were well stocked with extra blankets and towels for our use. Our property manager was very responsive when we needed something. I’m already thinking about our next stay here. Thank you! :)

Beautiful Cabin

Had a great bachelor party weekend here. In addition to the amazing view, there was plenty of space, fantastic kitchen and hot tub all contributed to a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Check in and check out was as easy as well.

Best Cabin we’ve stayed at in Big Bear!

We were a group of 15 adults and children and this cabin truly exceeded our expectations. Starting with the breathtaking panoramic views, awesome gourmet fully stocked kitchen, gameroom/loft with games movies and gaming console and the cozy rooms that accomadated all of our guest. We will definitely be coming back next year.
