Main level and upper level well-configured to accommodate separate families. Quiet backyard for children to play in. Decks on two levels with deck furniture for sunbathing and socializing; enjoy a meal at the large picnic table and children's picnic table. Full bathroom Utility room: large capacity washer and dryer. Garage: is not available for parking but has plenty of space for your outdoor gear and a workbench for your summer projects, as well as a refrigerator to store extra food and beverages. Spacious porch with comfortable seating and dining table, ceiling fan, and access to deck. Dining area: Large dining table with six chairs; extra chairs in screened porch and bedrooms. Also, bar stool seating for four at kitchen counter. Kitchen: Chef's delight with full set of kitchen utensils and cooking paraphernalia

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
