Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Keurig, Wifi. * Notes: This Sea Colony condo offers mini-weeks year round with a 5-night minimum during the summer and a 3-night minimum during the off-season. Features showers only - no tubs.

Fantastic property but 1 thing…

Everything about the property is amazing except for one thing. Pros: the amazing view, proximity to everything - within walking distance, cleanliness of the condo as well as the Sea Colony grounds and beach…all amazing. The only Com is the bed. It was terrible. It was like sleeping on concrete. My husband and I slept on the pull out couch our entire stay, which wasn’t that great but, 10x better than the bed. If the bed was comfortable this would be top notch 5 out of 5 stars.

Relaxing stay

The view and location were perfect. Finding the parking spot was frustrating and the bed was uncomfortable, but the sofa bed was comfy. The place had amazing view and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

The most frustrating part of this trip was we continued to share that the coastal flooding and gale winds led us not to go at all. We continued to get communication disregarding we were not there!

First Time in Bethany Beach

This was our first time staying in Bethany Beach. We had been long time owners in Ocean City. It was nice staying in a quieter beach town. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was AMAZING!! We loved listening to the waves from the balcony, and our enjoyed our long walks on the beach in the mornings. We know everyone has a preference of mattress types, but the mattress in this unit was a bit hard for our liking. Many restless nights. Just a little friendly advice, please inform your guests when you turn the hot water heater off, so we don’t find out the hard way.

Four Day Weekend

Perfect little condo. Very clean and orderly. The view is exceptional even though the fog was incredible the first two days. We did not use the fitness center or pools during our stay. At this time in the season, it is a nice quiet atmosphere...just what we were looking for.

Bethany heavenly.

Perfect quiet piece of heaven. Able to get our toes in the sand, watch the dolphins, saw some Eagles, and in general enjoy some ocean solitude. Great eateries close by. Highly recommend it.
