Enjoy the amazing sunrise view in this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooking the ocean. Located on the sixth floor of Farragut House building in Sea Colony (elevators and stair access). Spend endless hours on your balcony with unobstructed, panoramic views. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, with additional parking on a first come, first served basis.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

We’ve stayed in Sea Colony five times and this was the most well appointed unit we have had. The bedding and most of the furniture was new and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals.

We had a great time and the condo was just as advertised. The check-in was extremely easy, the condo was very clean and everything worked well. Would definitely recommend and book again!

needs to be cleaner

Floors and couches had not been cleaned well. Also, cleaners entered the condo without our knowledge the day before checkout to leave a laundry bag for sheets and towels. I almost left without noticing because I thought the bag belonged to a family member. Contact with management could have been better, since I really didn't need to go to their location: they could have just texted the door code.
