Wonderfull Achterland. Landscape at the Gothensee "On the sunny edge of the forest, we linger and enjoy the view over the Usedom Switzerland." Seenplatte is called the area. And in fact, as in the Pomeranian ridge, between the heights, are the "Seven Lakes": on the left the Gothensee, on the right the elongated Schmollensee, in front of us the two Krebsseen, considerably smaller than the other two. The Schloonsee is harmoniously embedded between the two Krebsseen and Ostssee. In the haze of summer day we see behind the Schmollensee still waters: the backwaters. Fascinating are the surging, not too exuberant standing grain fields. Sitting in the heights, close to Gothensee, located in one of the scenic, diverse and largely untouched areas of the island of Usedom, the village of Benz. About a beautiful old avenue of trees, it is closely linked to the seaside resort Bansin. The beach is about three and shopping about two kilometers away. The area offers ideal recreational conditions for dogs and their owners, hikers, cyclists, skaters and anglers.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr sauber, total gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht. Riesiges, eingezäuntes Grundstück war ein Paradies für Unseren Hund. Die Terrasse mit Grill war ebenso Top. Hier kommen Wir gerne wieder hin.

Grundsätzlich gut

Lage und Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Unserer Meinung nach wäre ein Ofen/Minigrill/Alternative zur Mikrowelle sinnvoller, z.B. zum Brötchen aufbacken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Haus und Lage für Hundebesitzer top. Im Außenbereich fehlt es leider etwas am Ambiente-es gibt überhaupt kein (gedimmtes) Licht für eine schöne Atmosphäre. War im Vergleich zu den Nachbarn etwas deprimierend. Das Gelände wirkt etwas... vernachlässigt...nichts gekehrt oder gepflanztes gegossen. Es ist grundsätzlich toll für Hunde. Von der Sauberkeit her haben wir bei den Kosten für die Reinigung (vor allem bei Hundebesitzern) etwas mehr erwartet-Haare, überall Wollmäuse, muffiger Geruch. Wir hatten mit 2 Hunden sogar unseren Staubsauger dabei. Vielleicht auch, weil die Eingangstür verzogen ist? Ansonsten war alles ok und ist zum empfehlen :)

Saubere Sache!

Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft vor. Einzig die Küche war etwas spartanisch. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt war fehlendes WLAN. Dies war zwar auch nicht versprochen, doch vermissten wir es, da es im Haus und davor keinen Breitbandempfang gab. Alles in allem waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden.
