Lovely apartment overlooking the Puerto Marina in Benalmadena.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Puerto Marina close to all attractions, restaurants, nightclubs and the beach.

From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the large yachts and follow the life of the marina. The terrace is south-west facing and is beautifully furnished with terrace tables and chairs. There is also access to a private roof terrace with sun loungers.

The apartment, with its 85m2 is very spacious for up to 4 people. There is plenty of space in the central part of the apartment with an open and fully equipped kitchen, which includes oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc. Beautiful dining table for 6 people. 'Puff sofa' with extra soft pillows, large flat screen smart TV including Netflix access and of course wireless internet.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms; both with balcony, wardrobe, double bed and air conditioning. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has access to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Benalmadena Puerto Marine is among the best Marina's in the world, and has several times won the "Best Marina in the World' award. During the day you can visit the Aquarium, rent a boat, dive, water skiing or kayaking. There are over 20 different good restaurants, countless shops and the supermarket OpenCor is open daily year-round from 8-22.

There is a large and wide sandy beach at the marina where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Since 1987, the beach has continuously been awarded with the blue flag due to its facilities and of course the clean water. If one adds to this an average annual temperature of 22 degrees and about 320 sunny days, it is one the best places you can choose to spend your holiday no matter what time of year you choose.

Amazing location

Great apartment. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen & amenities. Sofas could do with an update is my only negative comment but for a few days it's really not an issue. Would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Superb Apartment

Spent a wonderful month in this superb apartment, the views and location were marvellous. Great choice of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Added bonuses that were not mentioned in the description were filtered drinking water tap, utility room & a shopping trolley to carry the essentials wine, beer etc Management company Rincon rental were easy to deal with and were always polite and professional.

Amazing views.

Lovely apartment with everything supplied for a self catering holiday that you need. In a popular location, supermarkets restaurants bars on your door step. If there is one minus comment it's the noise from people leaving a bar at 2 in the morning, although are party were in there seventies this might not be a problem for younger people. In all we had a lovely holiday and waking each morning to the view of the marina.

Great apartment to rent

We rented this apartment for the first time & would highly recommend it to others. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants & shopping. The apartment is very clean & has everything you need for a great vacation. The staff both online & in person were so easy to deal with and very friendly.

Wonderful apartment in a Great location

Excellent apartment as described on the website overlooking the Marina, the view from the terrace is amazing. The apartment is very spacious with extremely comfortable furnishings and a bright modern kitchen area, well equipped with every thing you need in the way of utensils should you prefer to prepare your own meals. However with so much choice both on the Marina and within the surrounding area we ate all our meals out. The top terrace was great for sunbathing during the day with lovely comfortable sun loungers, the weather was fantastic throughout our stay. The terrace leading from the living area was great for sitting with drinks, watching the activities on the Marina, my husband loved nothing more than to sit in "The Birdcage" (as he named it) with his G&T people watching. We walked along the promenade every day, eating some great Tapas in the restaurants located on the beach. Excellent communication with Kristian all e-mails answered promptly, also arranged for an earlier check in, which was very much appreciated. We are already looking for dates to book again and can't wait to return. Thanks to everyone for making this a perfect holiday.

Convenient location

Very well equipped, nice open floor plan. Very nicely laid out kitchen. Everything worked good. Very comfortable terrace with vie2s of marina. But note, this apartment sits directly over the promenade of the marina and bars, restaurants, and businesses are directly below. It can be very noisy all night

Info for senior citizens

Lovely views of the harbour, but be aware there are 34 steps and no lift up to the apartment. Inclines affect the surrounding area of Benalmadena, but it's OK if you stay on the level!
