Comunitario: terreno 3'000 m2 (vallado), jardín, cuidado con césped y plantas, piscina (9 x 4 m, 140 cm de profundidad, Disponible por temporada: 01. May. - 30. Oct.) con sistema de limpieza por electrolysis de sal. Ducha exterior, muebles de jardín, barbacoa, mantenimiento de la piscina a través del propietario/jardinero. Perfecte plek in’t prachtige Piëmonte

Mooi en rustig gelegen, Turijn, Alba,Asti, de bergen goed bereikbaar. Heerlijk zwembad, alles schoon en super netjes! Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw, gaf goede tips voor o.a. uit eten. Echt een aanrader! Heerlijk kunnen fietsen in de omgeving, wandelen, eten, hier kun je genieten van Italië, zonder dat het toeristisch is, Prachtige dorpjes, mooie wegen, vriendelijke mensen!

Das Ferienhaus Cascinotta hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es handelt sich um eine sehr durchdachte und gepflegte Anlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die ruhige Lage, das schöne Grundstück und der tolle Salzwasserpool sorgen für eine super Ferienstimmung und gute Erholung. Auch unsere 11 jährige Tochter war begeistert.

Urlaub in Bastia Mondovi

Das Haus und die Ausstattung im und rund ums Haus waren ausgezeichnet. M., die Vermieterin, ist spitze. Sie war uns bei allem sehr behilflich, hat uns super Lokale empfohlen und uns dort auch Tische reserviert. Hat uns auch Tipps gegeben, was in der Gegend sehenswert ist. Sie bekommt von uns 100 Punkte. Und das sie aus Vorarlberg kommt, war zusätzlich noch sympathisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cascinotta is een prachtig verbouwde boerderij met een grote tuin en een prive zwembad. De woning heeft een (zeer) grote, compleet uitgeruste keuken. Op de 1e verdieping zijn er 2 gescheiden vertrekken met een opgang naar de 2e verdieping waar de slaapkamer en eigen douche en toilet aanwezig zijn. De boerderij ligt boven op een heuvel en is bereikbaar via een smal weggetje. In de nabije omgeving van Bastia is genoeg te zien.

Excellent place, very good utilities, but a bad feeling at the end due to owner's behavior

The four stars are for the property, for the feeling we would give maximum three. Brief remarks: A splendid place, very good utilities and accessories, almost all as expected, but a very bad feeling at the end of the stay due to the owner's behavior. I would not recommend to my other friends to rent this property if the y will want to do a vacation in the region. See below the details: We spent a week in Cascinotta between 11-18 June 2016, as part of a trip that we did in Piedmont together with a couple of friends. We are two families, people between 55 to 62 years age, with families and with good positions in our society. It is not the first time that we use to rent such property. Unfortunately our good feeling was strongly damaged by the behavior of the property's owner at the end of the stay. And all this behavior because a not clean pillowcase... My friend suffers by strong transpiration and the pillowcase that he used became dirty. The owner requested to pay for this thing the sum of 100 (one hundred) euro - this is absolutely exaggerate. We explained that it is because the transpiration and it will be cleaned by washing; the owner accused us (using inappropriate tone and words) that the stain was caused by the fact that we did drink wine in bad (??!!). This is an absolutely absurd accusation; with all the romantics that we are still capable, at our age we we prefer to drink the little quantity of wine around the table... We proposed two alternatives: - To purchase a new entire set of linen – but she asked two sets (all this for one pillowcase...) - To wash the linen in the washing machine and we'll wait to see the result – if it is still dirty we'll pay. We've been refused with the argument that we can tell that the washing machine is not good... The owner talked with “the agency” and we reached a compromise: we'll give the 100 euro to the owner, she will give the pillowcase to a ”neutral” laundry and if OK she will return the money to my friend. We accepted. After a week she announced that the pillowcase is clean and after other few days the money was returned (with the charges on us, that is totally not fair...). Since we've got almost all the money back we see the case closed, but with a very bad feeling. Pity... As I wrote, I will refrain to recommend this property to other people.
