Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), this rental comprises :

- a 5 m² loggia with dining table and deckchair,
- a living area with a dining area, a double sofa bed and a single bed,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, TV, WiFi, fan, clothes hangers.

In the residence, you'll have access to
