Luxury house with pool in Residential Cedar Park

A spacious high end home! We have fully equipped kitchen, two big living areas for a good size group to enjoy.

Plenty of beds with soft linens. Great cedar park location, with Lakeline shopping area nearby, hardly 30 minutes to Austin downtown!

Upgraded house with wooden floors.
One bedroom on the first floor that has two single beds. 4 bedroom on the second floor! 3 full showers.

Fenced backyard and Patio furniture to relax and playscape for children to enjoy.

Spa is heated, not the pool

No smoking in the house. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and must be disclosed prior to booking. Fees may apply.

By booking you will be accepting to waive liability. The house has stairs and pool and children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Please note that even though we can allow large groups, this is not a party house. Please be respectful about the neighbors.

There are cameras covering the pool and the front driveway. They are motion activated and are checked periodically for your and our security. Disconnecting any cameras will result in an immediate visit from the property manager. Do not touch cameras or their power sources.

Great family home!
We rented this home for a family get together and it was perfect for our needs! Spacious inside with plenty of room and a decent sized backyard for the kids to play. Good communication from host. The house had everything we needed.

Family Reunion
Our contracted VRBO had a major water leak and had to cancel on us the day before we were all to arrive! I contacted this property and they were AMAZING! The property suited us perfectly and was in a wonderful neighborhood. We had a problem (our fault) and the property manager was able to respond immediately! We would visit this property again. (We had ages 1-66, 12 people, and some arrived from out of country.)

Not luxury
We had a mother/daughter retreat here with 6 moms and 6 daughters. There was nothing luxury about this house at all. It is in desperate need of an interior paint job, one of the toilets downstairs did not flush and the kitchen was not equipped with simple things like a pizza pan. The hot tub did not work and the furniture was not comfortable. I would not stay at this place again.

Spacious home
Great property, good price and good communications with host. We love the heated spa and pool. Location not too far from Austin. Neighborhood quiet and safe. House could have had more seating, broom/dust pan and pots/pans for guest use. Agree with previous guests that a notebook for WiFi access, checkin and checkout process would be easier for guests.

Great place to spend time with the family
I booked this place for my family to have a place to stay together and eat for Thanksgiving week and it suited our needs perfectly. The yard is small but is fenced and has a pool, hot tub, and a great play place for the kids. The hot water is great throughout the house with nice showers and a large bathtub in the master bedrooms. We pushed the limits of the available seating in the house with the group we had, but everything worked out, and for Thanksgiving dinner, we were able to put up rented tables and had more than enough room for everything.

Spacious Stay!
We had a wonderful stay! We were attending a wedding at the Villa Antonia and it was the perfect distance for our family! We had plenty of sleeping space! The Master bathroom was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Our only complaint was the lack of linens. We would recommend more towels and wash cloths for the amount of people the house can sleep. Aside from that our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with!

Home had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Master is huge. Enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the play house. Could use some more seating but we made due with the extra benches. Great location if you need to be in North Austin area.

Nice
Pros: The property was nice. The house is big and fit all 12 adults. Sleep accommodations were adequate. The property was clean. Pool was big enough. Area is great place to be 5 mins from restaurants. We had 6 cars and were able to park comfortably. Cons: The spa emptied itself out. Text the property manager and he called the pool people and it was corrected. The house is big and has enough room but there is not enough places to sit. We had to bring lawn chairs in the living area so we could all sit and talk. There is a small couch and 2 chairs in the family room and that’s it. Big area in the front of the house which would be nice if a pool table was put in that space or couches to accommodate 12 to 14 people. We did get in trouble with the neighbor for being loud at the pool at 10:30. We were playing volleyball and we’re probably loud, but isn’t that what pool is used for. So if you plan to use the pool be sure to not make noise after 10. We did apologize for making noise. All in all we had a great time and any issue was dealt with quickly. Recommend this property just be sure you understand there is not enough sitting inside the house.
