Everything we expected and needed!

There was a slight initial miscommunication on the entry key code for check-in. However, that was quickly taken care of by the host as they were ultra-responsive.Other than that, everything was great and as expected. Location was perfect for quick Ubers to the baseball park. Property was clean and did not have a ridiculous list of check-out instructions. I would stay here again.

What a Great Layout!

Absolutely loved the house. unfortunately there was a few things that needed attending to. I replaced the 9v Battery in the FireAlarm. The dowstairs since was clogged and the draining of the water was extremely slow. The Garbage disposal was not working, so that caused issues with draining. The oven was smoking when warming up a dinner. I put the self cleaning mode on due to the amount of Smoke. The sink in MB was clogged with hair and the scales battery were dead. Minus all those things it was a nice place to stay. I didn't care for the communication of the managment company. I rather communicate with a personal/owner. I shared we had lost our brother and thus why we were there. The responses from back to each communicaion about the items needing attention, was inpersonal and robotic and confusing between who responded on the portal...

Marietta Southern Gem

We evacuated here to Georgia from Florida’s Hurricane Milton. This ended up being a vacation much more than an evacuation. Communication with Jason was effortless and he was very responsive. The townhome is darling and extremely clean. The details in this home are what made it so fun and home like. I told my boys this was like a mini Cracker Barrel store the way it was decorated perfectly. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are so nice and very spacious. The powder room in the master bedroom was made for a princess. I felt so spoiled! The neighborhood is wonderful. It was close to Kroger to shop for groceries and many restaurants in the area also. What I loved the most is that it was next to many walking trails ( you need to get there by car). We were so happy here and didn’t want to go back to Florida. Georgia is an incredible State that we enjoyed visiting and would love to come back to visit one day. Thank you so much Jason for your Southern Hospitality!

Lovely home for a Thanksgiving visit

We enjoyed our stay and found plenty of space for our family of four. The home was well appointed with the exception of a hair dryer. We had easy access to Atlanta, Marietta and Sandy Springs. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.

Short Family Vacation

My family and I absolutely loved this home. The decor is perfect, it was clean, comfortable. You can easily get to restuarants, Truist Park, Zoo and Aquarium. My family and I would definitley rent this home again if we return to Atlanta.

Perfection for a few days

This property was welcoming the moment you drove up. Very comfortable, well thought out and easy to access restaurants, shopping and Truist Park. Everything was above standard from the soft towels, comfortable sheets and extra blankets throughout the home. Detailed instructions were left throughout the home, leaving non question unanswered. Would definitely book again.

Perfect venue for Perfect Game tourney

My son and I stayed at this property during our recent visit to the north Atlanta suburbs for a six day baseball tournament. I have made this trip before and was looking for a location central to the many venues the kids play at during the week. This two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome was the perfect home base for the tournament. The property was impeccably clean and well appointed with new appliances and kitchen accesories. The check-in process was efficient. Communication with our host Jason was easy and effective. The washer/dryer were new. The location of the property was perfect. We were able to reach each of the fields we played at in 30-40 minutes. As an added bonus, Truist Park, the Braves stadium, was a short Uber ride away. The combined total of the back and forth trips is about what we would have payed for parking. I would highly recommend this property.

Conveniently Located

My wife and our teenage son stayed at this property for a summer sporting tournament. The property is conveniently located. Close enough to ATL to make quick visits to special destinations without having to stay in town or hassle with traffic. The location places you in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the Braves stadium. The only complaints were extremely thin / soft mattresses and tremendous construction noise from a renovation of the adjacent townhome. Overall we would recomend.

Great value!

Very nice home in a nice area. This home is a significant upgrade over a nice hotel and at similar or better cost. Close to the Braves ballpark and reasonable drive to Six Flags or downtown. Pictures are accurate. Host and check-in were simple. No surprises. Would use again :)

Perfect location

While situated in tranquil wooded are the house is perfectly situated close to everything Marietta and Atlanta has to offer. My 16 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time and we would definitely choose this property again.

Quiet comfort

Close to the conveniences of Powers Ferry Road and Delk Road, is a quiet street of townhomes cut into the woods. Our 17 day stay was here nestled in the comforts of a brick faced two bedroom. With a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other, my family of four slept as great as we might have in our own beds at home. The kitchen is small but well equipped to handle the rigors of busy family on the go. When we weren’t preparing our own meals, we found so many splendid restaurants nearby it was too easy to make excuses not to cook our own meals. When we return to Atlanta we hope we are lucky enough that this home might be available again
