Villa Lagoon is a completely independent villa, equipped with an integrated system with WiFi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, ideal for 6 people, it consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase. In the garden you can meet turtles, hedgehogs, bunnies and other animals typical of the lagoon.

The villa is rented for exclusive use and both the house and the swimming pool are for our guests' independent use.

Its location within a fully fenced property offers the necessary privacy within the flower garden adorned with flowering and fruit plants, vines and flowers, where you can relax in the shade of the trees and in the cool of the private pool.

Villa Lagoon is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy the unspoiled nature and the incomparable view of Lake Calich together with their holiday.

Villa Lagoon, in fact, borders the Calich pond, which can be accessed via a private gate directly from the villa's garden, after a short walk of 200 meters through a splendid private olive grove inside the property.

Guests of Villa Lagoon will appreciate relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and dining al fresco.

Inside, Villa Lagoon is characterized by a lively mix of captivating objects, while on the outside the earth tone and the green of the luxuriant garden predominate. Villa Lagoon has an area of ​​100 square meters, arranged over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, all air conditioned and two single beds located in the open space on the lower floor.

Both bathrooms have a shower, while in the garden there is an outdoor solar shower, ideal for when you come back from the sea, to rinse the sand before entering the house or the pool.

The large outdoor veranda, furnished with tables and chairs, is the ideal place to relax in the evening lulled by the sea breeze.

While the kids are playing table football, the garden with the English lawn will be illuminated with the lights of the street lamps and you will be able to enjoy your holiday in an unspoiled environment.

The villa is surrounded by an English lawn where there is a splendid swimming pool with adjacent solarium equipped with sun beds and umbrella.

Welcome extras, such as an outdoor shower and poolside loungers, ensure that guests can make the most of the large swimming pool that sparkles invitingly in the garden.

Dining outdoors is always a pleasure at Villa Lagoon, while the gentle rays of the evening sun set to make room for the lighting designed to brighten the long dining table located in the solarium and under the shaded veranda.
