Located in one of most quietest secure part of town central 5 mins from shops,beach and attractions
Ideal getaway from city life.Whole house for your privacy,sleeps 7 adults in 3 bedrooms. Walk to park or shops .

3 spacious Bedrooms with queen size beds in each room and one bedroom also,has a king single bed.
3 spacious living living area and large modern kitchen and dining area with all kitchen amenities including cutlery and everything needed in a normal kitchen provided .
Spacious laundry with brand new dryer and late model washing machine,full linen provided with ample extra towels and toilet facilities provided.
2 port garage that is available for guest use.it is on manual so just needs to be operated manually.
Also parking for several additional car and a boat or caravan if necessary.
The yard has a clothes line and is very secure with 8 foot fencing around to keep pets secure.
There is also a large outdoor patio approx 30 m which is available for guest use.
Very quite family neighbourhood in middle class quiet area.quiet time after 10pm please.
There is a nice park approx 100m from the property and ample bush track to explore
Or you are just 5 mins away from Middleton Beach or Emu Point or the main town area.
The house sleeps up to 7 people comfortably.

Awesome place, great location, cleanliness and availability of utensils, electronics, beds and furniture was incredible. Very safe for our dog who loved his stay. We knew we could explore Albany with him being able to stay safe in a secure backyard

The house I had was good, the sleep was good and all rooms were cleaned and tidy, the internet wasn't working at all, I tried everything. Overall stay was amazing.

Place was quiet and cleaned nicely. Lots of small touches not expected such as towels on beds with soaps, basic cleaning and bathroom supplies, a good recycling system, nice outdoor deck and fans in each room. The ceiling fans are rather dirty and the toilet fan only works intermittently. But besides that and for some reason not having access to the garage to park in, this home is home away from home and there was everything we needed and more. Local IGA nearby was great for a quick shop. Loved our stay in Albany.

It was very pleasant and close enough to shops ect and nice quite location. Owner was very accommodating with our Pets and this was a huge bonus. Would re rent it again.

House was lovely and clean and well appointed. the only issue for us was we were sent (from Stayz) a message to say we could access the house at 12pm - when we got there at 12.20pm the owners were still cleaning the house and were a little bit 'annoyed' that we had arrived, as they say they had informed Stayz of the change from 12 to 1pm

We spent three nights at Robert's place. The house is located in very quiet, residential suburb. House is well equipped, and it is a big space, especially deck. Sadly it was raining and very windy so we didn't use it. We found it a little far from shops or cafes. Thank you.

The house is very clean and spacey, the kitchen is amazingly full and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy. It’s very close to everything in Albany and I highly recommend it to those travel to Albany.

Very comfortable, lots of room with a fabulous outside deck area. Well equipped kitchen. Great secure back garden area for the dogs. Allways grateful to find good accommodation when travelling with pets. Good communication with host. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Thank you so much again for allowing me and my friend stay with our pets ......when I opened the door it felt homely .....you have placed extra seating and a TV .... awesome...had a issue with the wifi couldn't connect no biggie as it probably was a network issue ..... We had our own just wanted you to Know Can't wait to stay again thank you so much for being pet friendly

The whole experience was perfect from booking and communication to staying! It was so spacious and clean! Everything you needed was there and the area is quiet and beautiful! A park just down the road to walk our little dog and the place was central and close to everything!

We loved our stay! Large house, perfect entertaining alfresco balcony area with BBQ. All linen and bedding was supplied, WIFI, kitchen was decked out with everything you need to cook your own meal. Rob was really lovely to communicate with. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful.

Everything you could possibly ask for in a holiday home. Only problem was the fairly loud electrical humming noise coming from a locked room next to one of the bedrooms, making it fairly had to get to sleep without focusing on it.

This was great house in a good location for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Only a short drive in to the centre of Albany with good nearby local shops and parks.
