Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat-screen TV in the living room, Max occupancy 7 people. Top-quality materials and finishing. The cleaning lady included every other day!

Complex Includes 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at the beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.

No car needed, as the Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 30-minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!

Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo. Electricity included up to usd 14 per night, any extra above that, the guest must pay.

Amazing house and experience

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. The house was spotless and provided everything we needed just as listed. Ilia was very helpful and communicated throughout the process. From when I first booked until i checked out, she was nothing short of professional and friendly. Would 100% recommend!!!

Wonderful condo and property

My family (husband and two teens ages 15 and 18) had a wonderful and relaxing week-long stay at this beautiful condo. It is clean, spacious and has the best views in the entire complex from the huge balcony. We loved the beach bar and ate there almost everyday for either a meal or snack. Plenty of restaurants around within walking distance as well as a small grocery store right across the street to purchase snacks and drinks. Ilia was a wonderful host and was just a text away to help with anything we needed. She arranged our driver to and from the airport and check in was fast and easy. Our housekeeper Anna was fantastic! She came three times to clean as well as coming the first morning we were there to take care of two small issues. We would absolutely return to this unit if we ever come back to Punta Cana. The only downside of the trip was all the sargassum on the beach this time of year, which apparently is hitting hard everywhere. A big shout out to the resort crew who worked almost around the clock trying to clean it up. There were other stretches of beach nearby that did not have as much, and as the week went on the water became better. It did not take away from our enjoyment of the trip and we spent a lot of time pool-side. I would highly recommend this condo in Playa Turquesa for those looking for something other than an all-inclusive. Thank you Ilia for a great week!

A little slice of paradise!

Loved the property, location, balcony in the mornings & the views. Ilia was extremely accommodating during both the planning stages and throughout our stay. She was very responsive to any problems or questions we had.The location was awesome! We did not need a car. Tons of restaurants were within walking distance.Ilia also arranged for our transport to and from the airport. He was awesome and very affordable. We initially were going to stay at an all-inclusive. But I am so glad we chose to stay here instead. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, all the staff were very accommodating! No complaints whatsoever. It was a fabulous week in the DR staying at this condo!One helpful tip… There is an on-site Cook available to cook you a home cooked DR meal for a relaxing evening at the condo. I waited too long to book her and all her slots were full. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Book early! She has awesome reviews!

Amazing location with a fabulous ocean view!!!

Everything about this property was on point. Lia the owner was very communicative prior and during our stay. There were a few issues with one A/C, but it was fixed quickly and easily. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink, but again it was fixed quickly. Ana the maid was always smiling and helpful when coming to clean the condo. She also left us extra trash bags for the kitchen trash. My favorite about this condo was the view and how close it was to the beach, pool, restaurants, market, etc. Everything necessary was within walking distance from us. The on-site restaurant was quite delicious and to our surprise almost a daily visit. The condo was very spacious for our party of seven. I loved that the property was strict about visitors and that security was tight. We felt safe the entire time. You won't be sorry about booking this property. I plan on returning back and reserving this same condo. A wonderful price for what we received in return.

Best porch ever

The apartment and accommodations were great. Pool and sunning fabulous. Nice beach that did a great job managing seaweed, pleasant effective staff, and a terrific cafe. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and an adequate little grocery across the street. The only downside was directions to the property itself — mapping apps were not accurate and would have been most helpful to just say — Playa Turquesa, go to security at main entrance. However all of this made up for by THE BEST porch I have ever had access to.

10/10 – Perfect Beach Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with an amazing view. The onsite beach restaurant and bar were excellent, and there was so much to do within a short walk that we never needed a car. Our group ranged from eight years old to adults, and everyone had a fantastic time. Shops, restaurants, and activities were all easily accessible. The unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with our host was smooth and responsive throughout. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way

We’ve done a lot of VRBOs and other vacation rentals but this was one of our best vacations in years. The condo was spotless, great views of the ocean, steps from the beach, and an incredibly responsive owner/manager who answered our texts in minutes. Comfy beds, great kitchen stocked with every appliance or utensil you would ever need or want, and roomy enough for six easily. To prove how much we liked it, we’re planning to book another week in February 2026.

Fantastic condo and location

Had an amazing time in Punta Cana. We prefer VRBO over all inclusive options. This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (adult children). Ilia was great to work with for everything from arranging a taxi to/from airport, lining up an in-condo chef for terrific dinner one evening, and also providing recommendations for local restaurants. Very secure condo location and within easy walking distance of everything you need. The beach is great. Chairs and umbrellas for resort guests made logistics very easy. The on beach bar/restaurant is nice also. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing

We set out to have a few days just relax on the beach and this condo and experience exceeded our expectations. The host Illia would respond to all communication and set up a driver for us to and from the airport. She had a cleaner come halfway through. All of this was efficient and organized. The kitchen was well equipped. We travel a lot and this is a place we would return to.

Upscale Condo - Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in Playa Turquesa previously, and this is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. The decor, the view and the interior are all amazing and high quality. When we return, this will be our first choice. The location is perfect, just steps from the pool, beach and the beach bar. The property manager was excellent and helpful and she accommodated our request for a late check out without a hassle. We can't wait to visit again!

Luxury Beachfront Oceanview Condo

We enjoyed our week long stay with Lia as our host. We fit comfortably with 5 adults and 2 infants. Since we did a lot of water activities it was nice having a washer and dryer to use. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus along with the choice of appliances. The balcony view of the ocean is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The pool is right outside the condo. The restaurant right on the beach had excellent food and drinks. Security guards at the main entrance and beach entrance made us feel safe. We had easy access to the local restaurants which were within walking distance.

Fantastic place to stay

The owner was responsive, professional and very helpful. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, and everything went smooth thanks to the help of the owner. I will stay there again and highly recommend the complex – she advised us to use Expedia for excursions, take that advice it works best.

Amazing Vacation!

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The 3 bedroom & 3 baths was perfect for our small family’s getaway! We especially loved the terrace that looked out towards the beach and overlooked the pool. The unit is the perfect location on the property. Just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach club bar and every day we walked to different restaurants. The grocery store, gift shops, even a pizza joint with gelato, was very close. The owner coordinated taxi service to and from the airport. Everyone was very nice and Ilia was very easy to reach when we had questions. We look forward to visiting again!

We love everything about our trip to beautiful Bavaro Punta Cana. Place was amazing, clean and everything was so nice. We felt like home . View from balcony priceless . Great location. Fantastic view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view from the patio is amazing. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 5 adults. The grounds are well kept and the area felt very safe. We made our owns meals most of the time and made use of the local supermarket every day (5 minute walk from the condo). There are lots of restaurant options within walking for guests who don’t want to cook. The owner was always quick to respond through whatsapp whenever we had questions. We would recommend this condo without hesitation.
